I need to make more batches if I give give my family too. Thanks for sharing. You are amazing. I noticed it doesn't actually matter if the sugar us added to the dry ingredients or to the wet ingredients. It comes out the same to me. However baie dankie Nadine. 4 cups bran, where do you buy bran from?? How long do you dry out your rusks? I usually bake in the morning and there's no way I can wait for overnight to dry them out

You can buy it at any supermarket or health store. It takes about 6 to 8 hours so you can leave it through the day and take it out in the afternoon

My Grandma has a smaller oven and still use the same amounts. They just turn out bigger (they rise a bit more)
