Man, I love fords and Your Content. Please put a stationary camera up the constant movement. Kill what im trying to learn, lol. Keep up the good work, brother.
My 304 SBF just roasted #4 & #8 bearings from oil starvation. I been holding onto a 351 block and a brand new 408 stroker assembly so I’m going to build the 408 now and after that I’m rebuilding the 304 to a 306 and putting that into my ranger 🤟🏼🦊
I can't wait for the clevor build!!!! I've been dying for some insight on how to build one correctly, cant find any vids on one at all, no good info on if you have to clearance the pistons a certain way or notch the top of the block for the valves, special pistons or not, and my heads I'm told I have to close off certain water ports to be used on a Windsor block. Maybe you could shed some light on that the Cleveland heads water passages vs Windsor's? I know you have actual boss 302 heads though and I have 351c closed chambered heads and from my understanding the difference is the water passage's.
Very curious on whether the 363 or the 387 was more fun on the street n/a with that b31 cam? Or maybe they were about the same since it's only about 24ci difference?
B31 for being a small cam strangely made good power?? I had boosted that cam years ago that i mentioned in the video and it made just under 800... So it made 400 here n/a makes no sense with the lift / duration it has
I would check the oil pick up tube not set for the pan. Damn those bearings lol . Lucky to find the damages now before it got worse. Always good content Neo👊🏽
I can't wait the see how much power the Clevor build puts down!
Looking forward to the update video. Bummer on that bearing foil and forbidden glitter.

good info to have with the cam pins ! thanks for sharing

Ya we will try to be as thorough as possible
I'm with you on the pan theory, makes sense
I shoulda never used it. I mean it was working but …
Impressive my brother,,,,,, those Guns 💪 😂😂😂
Hah thanks
Man it still sucks, hoping the crank would have survived, them and the rods, but let the mad scientist
go over things to see what can be saved.
I need that upper and lower intake !!!!!
Sorry not for sale
Well, you caught it before it threw a rod and trashed the block...
I like the way you think that’s what I thought too
Very curious on whether the 363 or the 387 was more fun on the street n/a with that b31 cam? Or maybe they were about the same since it's only about 24ci difference?
They both were fun. 387 has a small torque edge vs 363 had more rpm
2 bolt main mafia
💯
Neo, maybe the stock oil pick up tube didn’t match the oil pan.
Good afternoon is crankshaft key interchangeable 302 to 351w.
Those pans suck. Same leaking issue on my 347. I’m pulling motor over winter and installing a better pan.
Yes! That’s a good idea
Time for better rods. Massage the oiling system
I staved my 302. It was 4 quarts low. The over sized oil pan saved my engine. Are those standard size pistons.
Yes. Look familiar lol? They came from a higher mileage fox engine haha
I can’t imagen a Windsor like that in my fox !
Pretty rowdy setup
Would the sve heads 170cc or 185cc clear that stroker kit with the 302 pistons?
probably not.
@@Neomustangsthanks for the reply should be ok with ltd / crownvic oil pan if it do the stroker kit? Going to search for some trick flow heads
Where can I find a set of those factory forged pistons
In any 87-92 motor
I'm, sorry for the carnage. I, know it's expensive.
No it’s really not that bad. We just gotta start over and do it again. Wasn’t all the bad before. A crank and some machine work we can do
Still love the build my man. How did you like the b31 cam?
B31 for being a small cam strangely made good power?? I had boosted that cam years ago that i mentioned in the video and it made just under 800... So it made 400 here n/a makes no sense with the lift / duration it has
I ran that in my blown 408. 645@13psi at 6000rpm using a Vortech Si
Sometimes less is more
Let the Resurrection Begin .
How much hp have you made with a 2 bolt 351 block?
1000
Interesting but like the Dukes OF Hazzard into better
Van Halen is nice too!
What year are those pistons? I thought the 87 to 93 Foxbody had flat tops??? those look like dish
87-92 TRW fox pistons
@@Neomustangs so the 87 to 92 had dish pistons? Do you know how many cc they are?
@@Bowman210 they were flat top
They're flat tops with valve reliefs. A dish will have a lot more piston area depressed as compared to the outer high point.
I would check the oil pick up tube not set for the pan. Damn those bearings lol . Lucky to find the damages now before it got worse.
Always good content Neo👊🏽
Ya the rods couldn’t ruined the block
What’s the specs on the heads?
Ported trickflows I got cheap
@@Neomustangs nice. What’s combustion chamber and compression ratio?
@@claytonfuechtmann7581 12-1 pump gas E85
How horse power can the 69 tru74 351w rods handle?
Stock rod usually about 650-ish
