@@BREW2LFOXBODY hey brother this one video single handedly helped me more than anything Ive watched on youtube! I got a 92 Lx carb, alum heads, 4.10 gear so on.. The car has NEVER ran the way i had expected. I changed the plugs out earlier with the correct length and finally its turning up.. Way up, no stumbling or anything. Thanks alot man.. I kept blaming carb and pulling off time and again tearing it down. Unreal the difference. Share some more of that kinda knowledge.. Lol

Hey bud you struck a good point that made me really think I have a 94 svt cobra with gt40 heads i currently am running the shorter thread spark plugs the people who built my motor had the smaller ones in when I pulled them after the break in I figured id replace them so When I went to the part store to get my plugs they gave me the shorter ones I think I just asked for 94 mustang v8 plugs i never told them it was a cobra and I know the cobras have gt40 heads so did the regular gt s have a different head and should I be running the longer thread plugs or is it a after market head that they are required to use??????

Absolutely love the "Remedial" Fix Body math lessons you guys bring, on a regular basis 😉..!
I lived thru the Fox period, though the closest I got, was low milage, 81 Thunder bird, with a 255.
I swapped a 90 5.0 GT Motor, factory headers and cat H pipe, with an Edlebrock Performer and carb..
And low mile 8.8 w/3.73 gears.. Good times !
Thanks for pointers on plugs, though especially the possibility of to tight valve lash.. I did springs and valve seals, on my 90 non HO 302 truck motor, and can't even remember the instructions I was using to set those valves !!!!!! I do tend to "pop" a bit.. I'll be checking shortly brother.!!! Thanks 🙏 ...
