I have hypermobility as well and I'm wondering how can I get around the pressure that all these moves cause on my wrist and thumb joint when my weight is on my hands? It causes me to have to quit very early on in each flow series and I really want to be able to move forward.
TU AMIGA FANNY BIRDS fightmaster yoga has a 30 day beginner challenge. That’s how I started my yoga journey. Then once you get pasted that they have a 90 day challenge for intermediates.

everyone is different. everyone has a different background. just find something that makes you feel amazing. xx
