    You are a wonderful blessing! I've finally found a yoga 🧘‍♀️ instructor that moves in a way that is right for me! I was referred by Dr. Hiatt, your friend from high school. Many blessings to you, Adele!🤍🧘‍♀️🌎🧘‍♀️🤍

    Love this flow! Crazy how much more difficult the flow became with the added eye movement focus. Had to rewind a few times during that part to get it feeling right. Thank you for spreading such peace and joy! ☮💖

      Yeah takes a few times!!! I love anything that is challenging like that though hehe. When we do things like this it REALLY stimulates and activates the brain 🧠 Sooo good

    This is a really cool class Adell.
    I love working natural vision healing into the yoga practice. Such a great relief from staring at the screen.
    Also nice balance of some challenging transitions with some basic poses.
    Thanks for the lesson on proprioception and eye movement and focus. It adds another dimension of awareness.❤️

    I’ve just finished the class and had so much fun! Best start of the morning! Btw, Adell was the first yogi i started following 4 years ago. Her style impressed me and I was like weeeeell I’ll never ever be able to be that strong and flexible... but also Adell was the one who always said that it doesn’t really matter. Do what you can right now and enjoy it! Simple thing yet extremely important! Love your classes, Adell, can’t wait for new ones:)

    This flow is much more challenging than it looks and you have given so much fun to it. I could feel that every part of brain cell was getting awake. Thank you for this. You are the most amazing yoga teacher I have come across. Just a little bit suggestion. If you could please increase your volume that would be helpful. Beacuse even if i increase my volume to the fullest then also I am hardly able to hear you. Love😘

    Such a fun new way to make simple movements so much more challenging - and also more accessible! Only thing I must remember is my breath - the moment I focus on my gaze I hold my breath haha! But thank you so much Adell, this is fascinating stuff!

    Hi, Adell! I felt a little sick with the movement of my eyes, but I loved your class as always! I will try to do it again!

    • @AdellBridges
      @AdellBridges  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Oooh, sorry to hear that. That is a sign that your brain was like, "hmmm not sure about this! I think I want Marilia to slow down or maybe stop". So, just slow down, or decrease the amount of eye movements you do, to a point that you don't feel nauseous. Then with time your brain will get used to it and register it as "safe" rather than threatening, and the nausea will stop. Thank you for being so open-minded to this and persevering!

    This was a wonderful flow and love the eye movement. The last time through I felt much more connected to the movements after the eye challenge. I have lazy eye and was interesting to see a correlation in difficulty when the weaker eye was more challenged.

    • @AdellBridges
      @AdellBridges  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ohh yes great observation! That can have an impact on how you move so may be worth keeping an awareness on that (which I'm sure you already do!)

    Wonderful class, so fun and really enjoyed the different perspectives. One question, I wasn’t able to smoothly transit from back bending to one leg upward facing dog, I think I don’t have enough strength to pull the transition, do you have any suggestions? Again thank you very much for this, really enjoyed the fun.

    Thanks adell that was good-different! ! I thought you said looking left encourages right side extension & vice versa …but then I thought you said flexion 😆 It’s also possible I’m just confused~ sorry but which is it?

    • @AdellBridges
      @AdellBridges  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      hahaha...cuing this class was a real challenge for me as I get left and right mixed up, so it's entirely possible i got it wrong. Here's the dealio:
      Looking left facilitates right side flexion, left side extension, and left rotation.
      Looking right facilitates left side flexion, right side extension, and right rotation.
      An easy way to think about it is if you're walking and you decide to turn to the right, then you're going to do three things: 1) look at where you'er going (right), 2) twist to the right slightly as you turn, and 3) it makes sense to turn directions in the way your hips are able to turn to, so your left leg would be forward (flexion) and your right leg back (extension)
      Hope that makes sense!
