    try running alan wake 2, hogwarts and ark survival ascended on that pc and let us know how it does lol, this only works in theory it wont match a ps5 pro in a real world side by side comparrison. pc is better but that pc is not, also never go with the cheapest psu because it can fry your components, cause crashes and instability.

    The video I need is how to make your gaming pc feel like a console like experience with grabbing the controller and turning the pc on and be able to jump in games easy.

  • @xtremezone987
    @xtremezone987 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    It has also been brought up that the $700 price tag is for only the console itself. If you want the stand that's an extra $30. Not only that you have to pay for a membership to play games, disc drive (if you want it) & most people would want an extra controller as most consoles only come with one. Look I don't care if you play console or PC. The reality is some people are computer illiterate & don't know their way around an operating system like Windows so I understand some like the ease of use of a console. I've used computers for over 20 years & they can be at times a major headache. The main issue here is the price hike. It just doesn't make any sense.

  • @KimTe63
    @KimTe63 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    Weeellll theres few problems.. if we are trying to claim it can be bought for same price . First of all no OS ? Now i do know Windows can be used without activation but who wanta ”Activate Windows” watermark and it does not even get many win updates without activation. Next , gpus do not come with hdmis or displayport cables aaaand as far as i know PC can not be mind controlled ? So you need atleast keyboard&mouse and well mousepad i guess .
    Next issue is that 7700xt not only is bit behind in raw performance , its also behind in raytracing tech since pro uses something that as of now is not available in the PC market (yet) . 7700xt and all other 7000series cards do not have machine learning ai upscaling . Before anyone says who cares just look at NVIDIA vs Radeon , people literally are ready to pay much more for NVIDIA because of features and biggest one is pretty much machine learning DLSS. Ofcourse it remains to be seen is PSSR as good as DLSS but what we already know for sure its gonna be better than FSR.
    Last thing i wanna say is that PC would be great computer but lets not try be like it would be 699 also or on par in performance

      FYI: There are 4000 games in store for PS5. It's been four years since the launch of the PS5 but only 50 of them support RT. You can google it. So don't act like the PS5 Pro will have every game with RT on day one. It will be only small fraction of new games and tiny tiny percentage of your game collection. So the raw GPU power is still much more representative of the PS5 Pro's real-world performance.

    Nice try 😊… I was also angry about the price and thought it is a ripoff… but than a real comparison…
    It’s 45% more graphics performance without ai upscaling… so a 4070 would be more appropriate. Realizing this I think we should calm down and see what the real performance will be and than decide whether to throw out our PlayStations 😅

    • @Gen_X_Gamer_79

      45% plus a 6700/PS5 is a 6800 or 7700XT. Not a 4070 until proven otherwise. RDNA 2 & 3 scales the same. Just look up Tech Power Up for GPU scaling.

  • @headlesschickenfarm
    @headlesschickenfarm หลายเดือนก่อน

    The system ram should at least double the VRAM or you will loose Image quality and performance as you Windows will not map the ram to VRAM effectively. With less than 32GB of ram your system is a bit of a scam as you are limiting the performance of the GPU.
    You also need to compensate for the fact that you should double the CPU effective power as the texture decompression is not handled by the Console's CPU so the equivalent CPU is closer to a 3900. PCs tend to compensate for this by copying textures to virtual memory but virtual memory is no guarantee that you will have it copied to physical memory and developers will have no control over that so you have too little ram in that regard as well.
    More importantly you need to match the performance and not the spec If they can that or not is beside the point. The claim is 60fps at 4K with Raytracing (more precisely for standard PS5 fidelity graphics) and your system will definitely not do that.

  • @Keivz
    @Keivz หลายเดือนก่อน

    Nah. The claim of 45% gpu uplift from the PS5 is due to the uplift in CU, not from AI upscaling. That's pretty widely known. So you'd have to add at least 20% to the GPU price for the RT and AI upscaling you're losing with the 7700xt. Try again.

    • @JackJohnson-br4qr
      @JackJohnson-br4qr หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      It's UP TO 45%! Not on average in every single game. UP TO means in best possible scenario. Like one out of ten games. How old are you that you still believe in marketing BS?
      And second, has been proven in real tests the RX 7700 XT is ON AVERAGE 42% stronger than regular PS5. Or you can use the RX 6800 16GB which is 44% stronger ON AVERAGE than the PS5. The RX 6800 has 16GB of VRAM. Which means it can use 3GB more memory for games and thus can have better textures and sharper image than the PS5 Pro.

    • @Keivz
      @Keivz หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@JackJohnson-br4qr dont know what you’re on about mate. The ps5 pro will have 60 compute units, same as the 6800 which according to you is ON AVERAGE 44% stronger than the ps5. But ‘up to’ or ‘on average’ is irrelevant. You can use the 7700 xt to get a better ram equivalent and a similar gpu performance. No one is arguing that. What I am saying is that the rt and upscaling performance of the ps5 pro will be far ahead of either the 7700 xt or the 6800, which generally affords a 20% premium price uplift beyond a card with similar raster compute if you go buy historic polls on what people are willing to pay for those features (see HWU historic polling).

      @@Keivz And second: Even Nvidia - the king of RT is not that much better in RT as you suggest for the PS5 Pro. Nvidia 40 series is typically 30% faster on average in heavy RT than AMD RDNA3. But yeah, now suddenly an old AMD RDNA 3 GPU with a new small RT chip from RDNA 4 will be much faster than Nvidia.

    • @Keivz
      @Keivz หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@JackJohnson-br4qr games sold with RT is a better metric than total games released but that’s beside the point. The point is isn’t not a good apples to apples comparison. If I pay for a 4080 super and get a 7900 xtx instead I’d want my money back. Why? Because the the lack of an ai upscaler and inferior rt makes the 7900 xtx is an inferior product and it shouldn’t cost as much. And in the real world, it doesn’t. In the real world, people are willing to pay more for those features-about 20% more.
      Try playing popular games like Spider-man and Ratchet and Clank with full rt on the 7700xt using fsr vs the ps5 pro using pssr and tell me who has the better experience. Similar raster grunt, inferior upscaling and rt-not a fair comparison as people are willing to pay money for those features.
