The system ram should at least double the VRAM or you will loose Image quality and performance as you Windows will not map the ram to VRAM effectively. With less than 32GB of ram your system is a bit of a scam as you are limiting the performance of the GPU. You also need to compensate for the fact that you should double the CPU effective power as the texture decompression is not handled by the Console's CPU so the equivalent CPU is closer to a 3900. PCs tend to compensate for this by copying textures to virtual memory but virtual memory is no guarantee that you will have it copied to physical memory and developers will have no control over that so you have too little ram in that regard as well. More importantly you need to match the performance and not the spec If they can that or not is beside the point. The claim is 60fps at 4K with Raytracing (more precisely for standard PS5 fidelity graphics) and your system will definitely not do that.
This is pretty decent build for a 1080p gaming. The only issue is that it is AM4, and when you upgrade you will need to upgrade to AM5. For this same PC in my country (South Africa) it would cost closer to $1200. The RX 7700 XT alone costs just over $500 (R9000) on sale.
We try to match the performance of PS5 Pro. Nothing more, nothing less. What upgrade path does the PS5 Pro have? You can change SSD only. What CPU upgrade does it support? What RAM? PSU? See? ZERO.

Nah. The claim of 45% gpu uplift from the PS5 is due to the uplift in CU, not from AI upscaling. That's pretty widely known. So you'd have to add at least 20% to the GPU price for the RT and AI upscaling you're losing with the 7700xt. Try again.

Add another $100 for windows because your paying for it in prebuilts if you like it or not. a regular non-pro ps5 can already play games like warzone at 120 fps or 60 fps at wqhd, both with amazing graphics. i highly doubt this setup comes even close to this performance even tough it specs say otherwise. games for console are precisly optimized to its respective hardware, many people still dont get this. to even match the actual in-game performance (and not just data sheet specs) of a ps5 pro you'll have to spent a lot more. btw: the pro has 72 CUs, not 60. the tflops also grew from 10,3 to over 23, compared to a regular ps5.
Its a well known fact that consoles offer more price to performance when buying but when you factor in the price of games, subscriptions and that when you want to uprgrade you have to buy a hole new console, in the long run its way cheaper to go with a pc.

45% plus a 6700/PS5 is a 6800 or 7700XT. Not a 4070 until proven otherwise. RDNA 2 & 3 scales the same. Just look up Tech Power Up for GPU scaling.

Where did you get "72" from? ps5 has 36 CUs, the ps5 pro is claimed to have an increase of 67% CUs over ps5 base model. 36 * 1.67 = 60.12 CUs

@@worm6820 no its not.. you cant compare a prebuilt to a non prebuilt. The ps5 pro is a prebuilt. Furthermore the cpu and gpu alone in the ps5 pro equal roughly a $550 to $600 equivalent on PC. Not including any other parts.. Windows.. price premium for assembly.
Wtf am i watching 😂 oh yea guys lets jump on the pc train, and build the ultimate pc, rtx 4090 etc etc and run alan wake 2 go 4k 60 ultra graphics and bam, 16 fps, even tho a bulit like that would be around 7k or more, if you buy quality., point, you cannot build a pc with ps5 pro specs for 700 bucks, that trash can pc can't do ray tracing etc etc like ps5 pro does at the frame rate it does, pc fanboys are hilarious, and before yall come at me i have a pc that costs around 8k and i tested many games, I'm not console fanboy i just love to see ppl hating for no reason, "ps5 pro disgusting price" it's 700 bucks my guy calm down, pointless video btw, "hey guys don't buy that knife buy this rusty one bc it does the same job" .... boyyyyy 😂😂
