    Great job, this definitely works for anyone wondering. I personally have used this daily as a warm up. My first 5-10 calls in the morning typically. it’s an easy going call that needs very little preparation and lets you get the juices flowing. Then I dive in to more technical sales flows or opps further down the pipeline.

    This would work for a former trucker turned broker/agent who had delivered loads and has all the rate confirmations in his data base. I have 5 years worth of rate confirmations to every place I have ever delivered to 😅😅

    Good day,
    Many customers have requested the VENDOR carrier code. I would like to know if it is important to set up as a VENDOR carrier or if they have special freights that require this information.
    If anyone has information on this, please answer me. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you.

    Great video as always! On those 20-50 calls ! What is the conversion rate to activation ? Is it 2% ?

    • @freightskills
      @freightskills  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That’s where it gets tricky. It rarely takes one call. Honestly the first call is just a time to put them in a bucket. You should have 3.
      1. I have a real shot here
      2. I need to call them back
      3. Not going to happen
      Most stop at call 1 and write them off

    • @freightskills
      @freightskills  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I wouldn’t expect anything after the first call. Sometimes you’ll get an email address, you will never get an actual load. Getting anything is better than nothing that’s how you have to approach it.

    U just delivered a load the other day but you never helped with frieght? Isn't delivering a load moving frieght? Wouldn't the client think that's strange if you said this ?

    • @freightskills
      @freightskills  15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Not quite, delivering at a location doesn't mean that that location specifically had anything to do with the freight. there could be a number of situations where you can deliver freight somewhere and that location have nothing to do with its arrangement.

  • @huntingmovies8805
    @huntingmovies8805 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Thank you for the idea but 90% of the time this won't work because if you call the consignee and check for the freight required. He/She gonna as about the load we did with them. Anyhow they're gonna check with the current shipper of yours so you're gonna lose your upcoming business as well. So, please check possibilities before doing it .

    • @freightskills
      @freightskills  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I would say that the percentage is a lot less than 90% but I believe I did mention there are some steps to exercise some caution when doing this. I would go as far to say 90% of the time it won’t be an issue

      A bit wordy would have been more polite for your long, drawn-out video. I can't deny that. Rather than find fault with my attention span, why not ask yourself if you could have made the same points in a more concise manner?

    How many calls do you use to do?

    • @freightskills
      @freightskills  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Our good agents will do 20-50 calls per day. I hate calls so i designed the brokerage now so that people call us for help rather than us having to call out.
      Even with that set up 20-50 calls per day is our benchmark

    • @abbasnaqvi3601
      @abbasnaqvi3601 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Oh nice... But my management force us for more than 100 calls every day.. however we have already told him that is not going work.. quality is more important but he needs quantity of calls doesn't matter how but you have to call 100 calls very while doing other stuffs.

      Can be either but I wouldn’t start the relationship off with a lie. It might work but it also might get you blacklisted from that location for being slick.
