I’ve live in LA no one poops on the ground, for the most part LA is pretty clean, definitely nit the cleanest, but, you’re not going to be finding someone pooping on the ground, especially not in a wealthy area
Same goes for LA, which is probably even more expensive. It's al about the location, which makes things overpriced. A 10 million $ Atlanta mansion will cost 40-50 million in LA or NY.
Ski towns are hella expensive too. For example I’m pretty sure that in 2020 in Aspen Colorado (a small ski town) over 4.3 billion dollars in real estate we’re sold and rented.
I'm sitting here dreaming of me leaving in this house in a different reality... (currently living in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment with 4 family members and 2 pets). But this video also helped me realize how blessed I am. I don't have to share a bedroom, or live with no pets like some people do. I have pets! And to top it off, we have a pool as well! it might not be as big as the one in the video, and it might not be all to ourselves but it still is something. I gotta give you huge props for not breaking a sweat walking all over that place, even with breaks! @Sightless Sniper Housing prices have doubled, just based on material cost alone. I bought/built my house on 2 acres and 4000sq-ft for $230k in 2019. My neighbors have a similar spec'd home with a little differences/enhancements and they paid somewhere around $270k. These same neighbors, were selling the house and it stayed on the market for 3 months and sold for $660k. I asked my realtor how much my house was worth as it is right now, she told me $650k if I were to sell. This house will easily sell for asking.
@@rotor13 The problem is that there are very few people in the world who can afford to spend 40 million dollars on one house. That makes it a lot harder to sell then any 600K home. This has been on the market for a year now. The last time this house sold was for 20 million in 2018. I doubt that someone who could afford to by this house would want to pay a 100% increase for a property that sold just a couple of years before. Rich people like to make money, not lose it and buying at this price you are almost guaranteed to lose money if you tried selling it down the line.

I’ve live in LA no one poops on the ground, for the most part LA is pretty clean, definitely nit the cleanest, but, you’re not going to be finding someone pooping on the ground, especially not in a wealthy area
Scale from 1-10; I give it 7.8! The house looks nice but certain rooms needs be updated or needs more touches!
Getting a notification from Erik and Enes at the exact same time 😂😂😂
Lol
I thought I was the only one💀
@@thatkidkgosi hahaha when you love house tours

They should collaborate
Meanwhile, 40mils will get you a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in NYC
I was JUST about to comment this! It’s mind blowing
Same goes for LA, which is probably even more expensive.
It's al about the location, which makes things overpriced.
A 10 million $ Atlanta mansion will cost 40-50 million in LA or NY.
easy would prefer to live in a Colorado mansion in VAil over LA or NYC
Or PARIS
@@benzun9600 Colorado is an amazing place, I grew up here.
Yes! A POT FILLER over the stove in the kitchen. Mansion is stunning but this small detail seals then deal 👍😃
Imagine the price if this was in LA 😂 really stunning home. So serene and private! Love your tours. Hoping one day I can take it to this level!
Probably $100M if in LA lol 😂
Bel Air easy 125
There's a mansion much bigger than this in Brentwood, La, selling for 45 million.
Ski towns are hella expensive too. For example I’m pretty sure that in 2020 in Aspen Colorado (a small ski town) over 4.3 billion dollars in real estate we’re sold and rented.
Vail and Aspen are both insanely expensive places to live. A lot of that price on that house is due to the location.
IDK Isn't 5 bedrooms kinda small? I expected at least 6-8.
If you read the description it says 8 bedrooms, 10 bath.
@@rockymountaingto Hmm. The Zillow listing says 5 bedrooms 9 baths...
I'm wayyyyy better off than a LOT of people, and you are too. 💞
One of the most tastefully done gorgeous homes I've ever seen
Goodness me!
Thanks for sharing the experience Erik. It’s just impressive.
More like a resort than a home but it's gorgeous! I don't see one negative. I love the design with all the stone and wood. Even though it's extremely large, there's a coziness to it. I imagine the winter view would he fabulous! I love this one.
My favorite part was the bathroom. The deep bathtub, all the glass and amazing view. The living room area is you die for! I could see myself curled up in a sherpa throw, reading a book with some hot tea in the middle of winter. Ahhh, what a life!
I gotta give you huge props for not breaking a sweat walking all over that place, even with breaks! You did an great job giving that virtual tour, felt like I was walking with you. 👍 Last thing, I was wondering wth that glass area in the corner, when you first walked in, was...elevator, that was interesting lol
Yes, Me Too! With Everything else included. , WHY Not an Elevator??
I'm lost for words on this one
She said she thinks about what you look like naked and sweaty..
This house is incredible! Thank you for your hard work!
Looking at this property with its views, skiing, pool, acreage, interior and design nuances - reminds me why I had to pass on the Japanese themed $135,000,000 penthouse in New York. ............this of course being firmly in my dreams.
I've always wondered who lives in houses like this and how do they fill up so much space... Is this build for a big family ? Or an average family with loads of guests ? I actually have no idea how rich people live :0
Vanity. It's pure vanity lol but everybody can do whatever with their money I guess.
People has this weird concept that you need to fill and clutter every inch of your home. These houses can be for only one person or a small family. You don’t know how much you need space, mobility, privacy and entertainment at home until you have it.
This is likely a vacation home tbh.
@@andreipasquarelli143 yeah probably 🤷
@@andreipasquarelli143 but then I don't know if you have a lot of privacy if you always have a cleaning staff and/or a chef in your house on a daily basis. You literally have a house as big as a supermarket with strangers walking around your house constantly
It's crazy that the US bought Colorado for a million dollars from France what a great investment lol
how the hell they buy it from france. didn't calorado come with n america? boy i missed that part of history lol
@@LestatTravesty It was apart of the 1803 Louisiana purchase. Everything along the Missouri/Mississippi river was purchased from France, that included about half of what is now known as the state of Colorado.
A million back then, probably equivalent to over a billion

thats pretty neat stuff. i had tendency to fall sleep during study hall and history. was too calm and too much reading to keep me intrigued... government class i aced. only cause i studied it all during the summers cause it was crucial to know and also was one of our toughest to ace classes. the teach was boring as hell. put me to sleep within 15 minutes ever day come to find out and thats no shit lol...he use to flip out on me lmao.. so but pardon my ignorance lol
A million back then was in the billions today though
This house is out of this world with stunning views that make your jaw drop
Me: Lives in a $1200 sub 300 Sq. FT apartment in the same valley.
Also me: ah, yes, relatable content.
Dam that's expensive!
Your mom loves you. You have a name. Im glad you became a model. But the dance hurts like hell
If the Realtor sells this house they literally wouldn’t have to work for years
Or ever again.
I wonder how long houses like this stay on the market I would imagine they are really hard to sell
Ya if they earned 1% thats still close to $400,000 commission
Ah, that cool click to change scenes to the pool was ruined but an advert.
But we went back to watch it properly.
Gorgeous house!
It's got everything!
Chiefly an amazing view!!
Such a beautiful house; would love to spend a week there on vacation. Perfect place to decompress
America's wealth is truly astounding.
@Winter Bear 💜 Not exactly. Even your minimum wage is gigantic when compared to other countries. Sure, since everything there is super expensive and the cost of living is huge, it almost makes up for the big wage, but just for perspective, minimum wage in Brazil is around 200 dollars a month/$1,25 per hour.
@Mark Ellis eeeeh... no. lol
Big tub with a gorgeous mountain view is sweet and a refrigerator drawer in the molding panel is something unexpected.
Extraordinary home & the interior design is remarkable!
I can’t wait for Mr. Beast to buy this house and fill it with Skittles or something

Bro I don’t think even mr beast can buy this
Actually never mind
He better stay away if he’s gonna ruin it 🗿
Absolutely the nicest home I have seen on TH-cam. So well done!
I want to see a hoarder pack this thing full.
I was thinking the same thing lol We're sick. 😂😂😂
And then condemn and demolish it 😆😆😆
I feel like it would be cool in the winter, and perhaps with a little danger roaming around. lol
I love how they integrated the technology, what a great property for entertaining
Hello Erik ! Could you put the metric equivalents in a subtitles style whenever you say a measurement ? It would hugely help your followers from outside the US ! Thank you so much, keep up the good work !
Or you could improve yourself and learn something new like the Imperial system.
@@TheRealCartman1 hahah only 3 country on Earth use imperials. One uses both.
Of course i can learn something new, but it goes both ways.
@@Dubtuc true
@@TheRealCartman1 classic american guy, thinks everyone needs to learn their way to do things even if they are about the only one to use the imperial system. How about you "improve yourself" and learn the way the entire world uses? Potential buyers for houses like this does not come only from the US
It's your own fault for not being American! What's the matter with you? 'MERICA!!!
The same people buying homes like this are preaching to others to “stay home” during the height of COVID -- I’d stay home too if I had a house like that lol
Of course the rich think lockdowns will protect our health. They don't factor in depression and alcoholism and other problems.
Also the same people flying around in private jets bitching at us for driving a truck.
Yeah, and are anti-everything. Can you even imagine the amount of mining it took for all that rock, granite, etc. But I'm sure whoever buys it hates mining.
And to reduce our carbon consumption by not eating meat, not travelling, not having a vehicle, etc ...
"Stay home in your traditional cabin feeling." 🤣
Looks amazing, perfect location for skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer.
"Traditional cabin feeling"
What.
The entire feeling of this house is that somebody wanted a modern castle.

It's definitely is a work of art n the views are incredible. The 40 mill price tag is only the initial cost...
