It’s logs, not siding. Actual logs. Ceiling is tongue and groove. I can tell watching this that you’re not from the Midwest, or Wisconsin for that matter. If you want to sell a $4 million home in Wisconsin, you need to use the description that we are used to
Even though it's way out of my budget, this is still a realistic home to imagine myself in. Would love to see more of this kind of property.

I enjoy the interior design i just wish the places like tbe kitchen matched the same vibe as where the bar area is ehere its very stonework with like a middle ages timber cabin vibe but they were very wmart with picking complimentary woods and the big large logs are nice
But on a clear water lake, perhaps.

One of the things which makes these videos more interesting to watch than some of the pure "sales brochure" like productions on other channels. Though on a personal note I find there is a fine line to it - when they act as a surrogate to the audience and add an interesting question or accentuate a point with a broader observation that really adds to the video but at the end of the day I think most people are here to see Enes presenting a property so if they butt in too much (fortunately doesn't really happen) that can be detracting.

@@EnesPlus I like how you choose the most extreme end of the spectrum highest price house to choose from in Northern Wisconsin. There are much nicer houses and properties in Northern Wisconsin under million dollars.

I love this, its a great size. Some houses seem to be designed just so someone can boast that its got 10 beds and 12 baths, none of which is much use to the average family. This one however is a perfect size; open and airy but not competing with the local hotel!

I love watching house tours and have seen scores of them.. Most vids have no narration and obnoxious music. Others spin you thru the house like youre on a taboggan! Thank you, Enes!! I agree & so many lake homes have unique characteristics you just don't find with city homes.
Modern city homes are all cookie cutter and square as fuck.
I love the beams/trusses in the living room, they look like something you would see in a medieval tavern

Wi has just as many lakes as Minnesota. The state is a hidden gem . Yeah the winters are rough but the summers are absolutely beautiful and there are tons of homes like this all over the state
It actually doesn’t that’s false! Even though I wish it was true as a native Wisconsinite! We do “technically” but that’s because Wisconsins qualification for a lake is a smaller size than Minnesota. Many “lakes” in Wisconsin would be too small to be called “lakes” in Minnesota which is why we technically have 13,000 and them 10,000 but if you adjusted for the size difference I’m pretty sure Minnesota has more
@@dacrosber You are right, but if you account for size (of the states, not lakes) we still have much more water coverage than MN. 15% of WI is water while only 6% of MN is water.

It is beautiful but the folks are just about as cold to outsiders as the winter. I grew up there and moved away for a while. When I came back with the exception of a few friends it was hard to make new friends.
Its probably the Illinois folks that are cold. Also people in Wi. get offended easily offended by the brashness of the folks down there. But Wi people in general are pretty friendly

They have lots of "log" wood vibe in wisconsin. This is the first up to date design I've seen in a log/stone vibe. The interior is gorgeous. I would actually buy this home on the design outside and in alone.

We have many more amazing homes like these in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. I am partial to the Minocqua area, which isn't very far from Rhinelander. Many beautiful cabins that can be seen when boating around the chain of lakes there. Hope to see more videos of homes in my state.
Our tourism board should hire you and your team to show off our state! With the care you put into showing so many details of the homes and scenery in your videos, you could show others what this beautiful state has to offer!

The mansion is in a marvelous, picturesque location. The exterior and interior landscaping, stonework and woodwork are impeccable. Favorite areas the kitchen, living room with *fireplace..the primary suite with the sunken tub is the perfect place to unwind, the entertainment area with *fireplace ...the lakefront view and access is EVERYTHING!!! Rhinelander is a very nice community. Beautiful, lots to do in that area. Close to other unique areas and sports places. Was just there 2 weeks ago.
The north woods of Wisconsin underrated we got some great hunting , lakes, and rivers up there. Tons of houses like these recently the real estate been crazy

Not many of the homes you show are what I would call bargains but this one certainly is. I don't know how the builders can sell this for 4 million and still turn a profit? Absolutely beautiful home.

Homes are MUCH cheaper in Wi. I was actually surprised to see the price that high
Builders are making bank at $4 mil. I have been in the trades for 20 yrs and worked on nicer homes twice the size or bigger that sell for less. Value on this property is the property, being exclusive between 2 lakes so close together. Where i live that goes for $3 mil tops if theres a bidding war.

First time in Wisconsin and wow! Just gorgeous with all the wood and stone. Super cozy vibes. The ceilings were absolutely stunning!!! Loved this because it feels like an actual home...warm and inviting. The house must have smelled amazing with all that wood 😊. Bravo Enes!

Anyway, my son moved to Wisconsin a few yrs ago and actually lives about 30 or so miles from where this house is located..the snow they get is absolutely beautiful . Of every toured home/boat/mobile home you have done all over the world and if the weather was no object, which one would you choose as your personal living space? It is one thing to see $25million + homes but can a person really picture themselves living there. Personally I like this home as it is realistic and "homey". Doesnt feel over extravagant.

this is a dream home for me, ive always wanted a lakehouse, even though this one is way out of budget for me, i could definitely picture myself living there, plus wisconsin is a beautiful state. states and homes designed in places like NYC or California or Florida are becoming overrated, the midwest has a lot to offer

as someone whos lived in wisconsin their whole life, there is literally NOTHING but corn here, so if ur expecting pretty views, theres nothing but shallow hills loaded with corn
Not to mention he's here in one of the 5 months of the year is isn't cold. Like yeah wisconsin is pretty in September, but starting from October-May 40 degrees isn't bad. Unless you're someone that's really into snowmobiling and ice fishing, wisconsin is the frozen tundra the better part of the year.

@@ethanp2499, bro literally everything north of Wausau in Wisconsin is incredible. I’m from WI too and while WI might not be Colorado or Utah beautiful, there are parts of this state that still take my breath away. Even outside of the north woods, there’s Door County, the Oconomocowoc/Peawaukee/Lake Geneva area, Madison, the Dells, all of Lake Michigan, (just to name a few) all of which I think are beautiful. While everything in the middle to southern part of the state might be just corn, there’s so much more that’s just around the corner waiting to be discovered.

Way too big !! Too much to clean and high maintenance costs .. prefer a cottage of years ago .. natural woods setting is gone .. guess I’m a pioneer at heart .. Northwoods nostalgia is missing but big city grandiosity is not ….

(I would imagine those fixed backup generators are common amongst other Great Lake states too, but you just see them everywhere here, = so Wisconsin)

I watched this tour by golden eagle and was so frustrated. Then Enes comes along and shows how it is done professionally. I've seen a million vids but this is hands down my favourite as it actually feels like a home and its bursting with character. This is my dream home and one day I'm going to build my take on this house. I already gave the plot marked out. I'll be back here in eight years to tell you I've done it cos that's how long I need to build my business to be able to build it.

I was swept away by the mansion. I'm surprised how affordable it is, even though I can't afford it. It's a place of togetherness, with family and friends. The star of the show is the lake.

Yeah I find that if I watch those really expensive homes they have nothing much to offer just some marble, but at this prive range (still really expensive) you can see fuctional details and nice interiors.

Its expensive but really as someone who will probablt never have a house like this i believe it still has a significant value in the sense the owner builders designers ar every well thought out with the general theme and many rooms are particularly well executed moat esspecially with the apparent craftmenship involvong the complimentary color pallettes. I do wish the property was larger but it does have a lake. I quite enjoy the more simple properties for the same price that come with enough room for a workshop or something wothout being cramped
