Wonderful to see you presenting these big, beautiful, luxurious homes again. The white oak is to die for. And the view, breathtaking. If all the furniture comes with, then sign me up. I'll bring a few of my own artworks and be all set. Thanks, Erik!
I actually love this home. The open space and sunlight. Also the size works for me. I would be interested if I had that type of money. This is also probably a second home for the people who can afford this.
This is the most beautiful apartment. I love the way he goes about his job. But the truth is; without making good investments, no one can ascertain the kind of money required to own such properties. I am retiring next yr at 55 with 3 houses paid off worth 40.5 million. I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investments...
The quickest way to make your first millions is to invest directly with an expert that is trustworthy and has made a name and individual billionaires .. I'm surprised you know her too!!
i’m from Vail and I’d like to say there is indeed 4 seasons. spring skiing may be muddy but watching the aspens bud and wildflowers take over the mountains is one of the most beautiful springs you’ll see
This is a perfect Colorado home. You see a lot of mansions out west that lean so heavily into the old timey aesthetic with deer antlers everywhere and exposed wood beams and a wagon wheel chandelier or whatever and they're selling for tens of millions just because of how big the property is, but this place is so refined. I love every part of it. Mustache is looking good, too!
I'm not a skier and I do not snowboard, but I LOVE the cold and mountains this is MY fav home I have seen so far. if I had a nice church near with a thriving music scene in town this would be right up my alley.
The best aspect is that it’s a new build, w/out interior design & furnishings that reflect a prior owner’s lifestyle & preferences. A beautiful blank slate. 🙌🏼
The way the sunshine flows into the rooms, especially the kitchen, is just beautiful. And in the first room he's shown (right before the kitchen), I particularly find the ceiling quite interesting. It's not a "monotone, flat ceiling", but it also kind of "flows" in the room. Especially in the corner with the fireplace, the way the ceiling "starts" right around the height of Erik's head, so pretty much mid-way to the top, it has a really nice vibe to it. Great home, as (pretty much) always: Absolute dream home, if I had the money, I'd definetly buy :D
I fully expected not to like this home because most of these big homes toured in Colorado are very rustic. Dark wood, deer antler chandeliers, wood paneling etc... I was shocked at this house. It’s beautiful. Not overly modern, but very light and simplistic looking at the same time. I LOVE it! 😍 Edit: But, you can easily incorporate your own style and warm it up and make it even more cozy with different furniture and artwork etc.. it has the perfect canvas.
The interior decorating makes this feel like a fancy HOA's community room. Can't deny the amazing views and location but its ok to make something with warmth and coziness.
Yeap. I live in the Swiss alps and frankly my views are SIGNIFICANTLY better than this. Yeah I have much less space/luxury and close neighbour's and no pool and so forth, but I also don't have to pay ridiculous taxes and upkeep for my place. I live within an hour of several great ski areas AND major cities. So idk, this seems odd. People who buy these homes are, IMHO, absolutely clueless... 😂
I agree. We have a small house in the woods on 2 acres with incredible views in Oak Creek, Colorado. I cannot imagine a place like this overlooking the freeway. The road noise would drive me mad. We are 40 min from Steamboat have room to make our own ice rink in the back yard. No light pollution, no noise, just your heartbeat.
Love the Vail Mountain ski area views and the Southern Exposure with the sun all day long! Truly the top location in Vail!!! That house has all the amenities. Looks like the skiing conditions were fantastic too!!! I'd like to see more Vail and NYC Penthouse videos!!!
1:53 21 mill but you're still going to have the loud noise of I70. Vail is such a narrow gully until you head west to Avon. It's difficult to escape the freeway noise unless you're tucked away in East Vail where the sun goes behind the mountains so early in the evening.
Cool leather jacket and boots. Definitely giving off that Colorado vibe, both ruggedness and outdoorsmanship. Should also consider wearing a Stetson like hat with pilot sunglasses when giving a tour of the outside.
i watch alot of videos of houses that i will never get, i see alot of expensive stuff that noone wants but this one they know what they doing, rly nice and alot room for improvement.
Can't imagine who would buy this as opposed to a house in Aspen. $20M to have the interstate between you and the village/slopes and to have to deal with the Vail lift lines? No thanks...
I live in a ski resort town. The separate apartments are called “nanny suites”, “mother in law suites” etc, but they’re actually ADUs. The goal of them is to be able to short-term rent the house to multiple parties at once-or, in smaller houses, rent out the main house while the owner lives in the ADU. This is likely corporate-owned by a company that rents out to other companies for their corporate retreats. ADUs increase property value, and I guarantee you, not a single nanny is living in one.
Imagine spending $21M for views of a highway (not a single word on the acreage but those corner moments though. 😂). Neighbors super close. The golf cart and standard sized double garage door really makes a statement. WOW!
I wish you would have showed us all of the rooms, even if they aren't finished. I also wanted to see the kitchen at golden hour since you praised it so highly. Excellent video, beautiful home!
I love these videos you make , obviously unless I win the lottery I’d never be able to afford any of the homes you post about but I love being able to see inside them! It’s fun.
Gotta say Uncle Erik, your looking handsome as heck! Keep it up and I love the amazing content you share.. Lord willing I will be blessed to buy a home like this when I'm older 🙏
@JulianBendig: Did you notice how massive this house is?? We didn't come close to seeing the whole thing. It's so new that it is still being staged. I am POSITIVE that an updated video of this house from this poster, or other posters will pop up down the line that will show it more thoroughly. We didn't see a theater room, any kind of a game, or rec room, we also didn't see an office, and I would bet that this house has all of those spaces. I don't know if it has a sauna or not, but it very well could, and probably does. Even if it doesn't, tis house is awesome!
I like this house so much.exspecially the open space outside.can see the whole amazing view. Imagine can spent one or two night..oh sure very great experiance in my life! just dream it😀

Was in Vail a couple weeks ago over spring break and while there a buddy and I went to a realtor who showed us this $40m ski in/ski out mansion. Video coming of that one?
Comment your favorite part of this luxury listing!
Great choice of music at 3:38, very Hammock-esque.

The clip is top as always. But why you are looking like 80s porn actor with this moustache?

Wow, absolutely true!
Probably a 5th home for someone...

The white oak is perfect, things look clean and modern yet warm.
It is sterile looking, no texture and the monochromatic look is not suited for large spaces.
I'm so happy to hear about the Nanny Suite.
Thinking of families.
Lucky nanny. Hope she gets good children and a lift pass.

"Steam shower big enough for at least four people" - got me laughing
Rich people and beautiful people get to have all the orgies, people like me are left to rot.

Some of the best real estate in America!

I love this. I enjoy houses that have that "cabin" exterior feel, but modern interior. Thanks for inspiration.
literally my aesthetic... I love this home

The fact that I would never spend this much on this big of a house even if I have the money. Small house in the woods with no people is my jam.

Erik I love when you show houses on veil mountain. I still have the $40 million one saved on my phone. Breath taking ❤️

Very true
This is a vacation house for billionaires
Colorado: On my bucket list.
beautiful state
What a home stunning , large but still seems homely and cozy , far to rich for me but can only dream
For a mansion that's so big the owners suite is super small. Very surprised. But anyways it's giving vibes, and it's giving GOALS ASF. ❤😂
The house itself didn't wow me . 😢 Disappointed!
Very homey and cozy! I miss the snow. 🥲
As a Washington electrician all I can think about is the intricate wiring. Beautiful home.
This doesn't look like a 21 million dollar home but the scenery does.

Now this is better than a 150 million dollar apartment in New York. That pool is amazing. I bet it's like Roman Bath and you won't feel cold at all.
Where is the snow plow going to push the snow off of the road above the house? Love the modern, clean look (no antlers and wagon wheels).
Amazing views & Beautiful home

How good it is for this season (Snowy). Are these houses really comfortable and compatible for harsh winters?
