Videos like this remind me of how beautiful life 'can be'. Unfortunately i'm stuck with 4 roommates at 28years old in a dirty city because I can't afford anything else. God bless those who are able to live this life.
My first year in college I had an English professor who took one point off of your grade every single time you used a filler word in your presentations. I don’t really do it anymore
You don't have to spend millions to enjoy Lake Tahoe!!!! I llive in Zephyr Cove less than a block from the lake and I did not spend millions! Before you buy, think what really make sense!
In paradise even the lowest person will have much better than this and all you have to do is believe in God [Allah] and do good deeds and your reward will also be eternal.
I have to say this, never in my life a real estate video has brought me to tears and took my breath away, but this house did, this is SO BEAUTIFUL! What moves me the most is that the design of the whole estate SCREAMS my grandfather's vision of style, he has built some of his houses in this fashion HIMSELF with his own hands! And the landscaping is really similar also to ones he has made. So watching this kept remembering me of him and how it would be his life dream to be able to afford living here, because my grandma also loves this style and having a backyard like that with access to the lake would really fulfill her as she loves just lounging outside specialy next to a body of water, their life would be made, and there was something new and exciting at every turn of the corner, truly breathtaking.
This is by far the most cozy and beautiful real house (and not cold modern houses) I have ever seen..your channel Enes deserves its popularity as we can take a glimpse of how life could be if we had this kind of money :)
I've been a chef in restaurants and hotels for years, the stainless steel base like that is used for finer kitchens that are open designed and used for heavy duty cleaning equipment to protect the flooring, also was probably installed in this house to protect the chefs kitchen as well, typically in most places we have industrial grade kitchen tile and everything is stainless steel. Gorgeous kitchen, i'd be a private chef there lol
Really tasteful, right? A wonderful mix of old-school charm with classic timeless elegance. Stunning but looks relaxed and comfortable....a really hard combination to create. 50 years from now that home will still have the same vibe. The architect & designers did a masterful job.
Me in my one bedroom apartment: "Mikey let's get a close up of this, beautiful custom designed window blinds with one missing blind, custom designed by the owners cat, very unique feature"
if you have enough money for this house, you hve enough money for yourself to have mistresses outside different cities/countries. and your kids can afford to do drugs without getting caught, and OD at some clubs outside. yup, its gonna be 99% time empty in this house, waste of money indeed.
The wine room is beyond amazing. This house is already so perfect, but if they should have carried on any of the themes more, it would have been the old-fashioned style of the wine cellar.
This is definitely one of my favorite mansions WOW! it's so pretty, functional, and each room had so much more to it than just furniture and walls :) awesome video!!
@@pinkpurplestfu4609 No. I would literally find/create something far better at that price point. It's just tacky. Money doesn't buy good taste. This shit is an old boomer paradise.
@Joshua Uduma Man, you're making shit up at this point. You just say "technical specifications" but you say "technicality specifications." What, do your parents own this house and you're 14 years old or something? Price is determined by the market, and only an appraiser can give you a legally acceptable valuation for tax purposes. If this is your parents house, be sure to brag about it to the appraiser when they are refinancing it.
Owning a house of this size and prise is completely insane, but THIS mansion is incredible and so far the only one I've truly enjoyed viewing. There isn't a single thing that's not worth the attention. So glad that places like this are still created.
I know this video is about two years old but I’ve seen this video multiple times because I just love the house. Having your holidays there may be wonderful but imagine living there. It sounds like paradise to me. Probably my favourite home in this channel.
Not me. Imma sit, sleep, and explore every centimeter of this place. I'm not paying for all that square footage just to stay in one bed, in one bedroom. But, that doesn't mean I won't sleep on the fluffy couches, comfy chairs, doze off in the jacuzzi baths, relax in the amazing showers, under the shade of the trees, in the poolside lounge chairs, on the lakefront picnic blankets, in a hammock in the grassy yard, in a tent on the heated driveway, etc, etc, etc. haha
@@desmendETKILLAZ I feel like if you won the lottery this would still be a stretch. Imagine you won the biggest lottery ever which was like 900 mil, and took the cash value, lets assume it was 600mm, then you get taxed 40% and you take home 350mm. You buy this house as a second home (no one lives in Tahoe, 60% of the houses there are 2nd homes or income generating rentals.) and then you pay 1% a year in property tax. Lets say you own the house for 50 years, thats another $22,000,000. Putting the ownership of the house at 66mm lifetime. That's 18% of your net worth on a 2nd home. Not to mention cleaning, maintenance, furnishing, etc.
It’s because when you buy those type of grand mansions, you also buy the security surrounding it. I don’t think a burglar could actually make it to the doors without getting spotted by the cameras and shot by the heavily armed bodyguards lol.
Lol! I´m from South America and always wonder the same. They build their houses as if they lived in a planet where burglars and murderers doesn´t exist....or in Canada. I don´t get it.
@@yo·aan Yeah...but they do the same kind of big windows with no grills in much smaller houses and everywhere in America. I´ve seen a thousand of these videos and all the houses are extremely easy to break in.
Appreciation for the architectural design. This is the best really, everything was so perfect. It looks like a mansion popped out of a fantasy book. It was amazing
While the joke was on point, they skipped over the best details of communication in this house. They've got several multi-line phones set up all over the house to call people in different areas. Not to mention, touch screen home control units (which may or may not integrate with Siri) to tweak heat and cooling, and probably a central sound system. It's wicked, I'm sure!
I believe most of the windows have automatic blinds/window coverings that can be lowered. In the summer, you'd need to lower them to keep the sun out to prevent the greenhouse effect.
Great property and video! About that stainless "baseboard" in the catering kitchen: That's mostly to protect the walls from repeated moppings by people who don't own the property (and are less careful). You'll see various versions of "wall protector" baseboards in rooms that get mopped often. Prevents cleaning agents from stripping the paint on the walls.
It’s definitely in the thousands. There’s a big youtuber who has a house that is similar to this size and they said in an interview their bill is $12,000 🥵
And the snow is melted in the driveway and the back patio? Oof, winter bill will be outrageous if the feature is used. I am pretty sure with all the wasted heat to avoid shoveling, the owner is one of those guys who is telling us to stop using fossil fuels altogether to "save the planet."
@@ESTJordan i watched some videos about big holiday houses liek these and apparently they never get sold exactly because of the heating and maintanance costs

It's alright I'm guessing a majority of the viewership on this video has "no business" with it. But honestly every viewer is helping promote no matter their personal income, we're all helping at the end of the day.
Cook here! The stainless steel on the walls in the kitchen is indeed for easy cleaning. It also protects the wall when you drop something which would otherwise stain the wall. 😊 Love your video's by the way!

@@russellhenke9543 I was about to say 😂 that was just too much 😂
@@bryanfeliciano4102 what's so funny about having a heated driveway in California?
This home is luxurious because of the fancy craftmanship and design work involved.
Maybe this is the definition of the quarantine house, the lake view is wonderful.
its a good one! glad you like the house!
This is by far the most cozy and beautiful real house (and not cold modern houses) I have ever seen..your channel Enes deserves its popularity as we can take a glimpse of how life could be if we had this kind of money :)
❤ this is ridiculous! The plumbing alone with weird sinks and dishwasher s everywhere is crazy
Mikey being surprised and haply Enes remembers when they watched Coco together is the cutest sh*t I've ever seen
This is seriously THE PERFECT DESIGN. Love all the wood and natural tones. Gives a very warm feeling.
Impressive insight! Thanks!

This is absolutely astonishing and gorgeous. I love how the door is so perfect to detail. All of it is absolute perfect and elegant.

Really tasteful, right? A wonderful mix of old-school charm with classic timeless elegance. Stunning but looks relaxed and comfortable....a really hard combination to create. 50 years from now that home will still have the same vibe. The architect & designers did a masterful job.

Because if you can afford a 44mm lake house, chances are you own about 10 other properties and a yacht.
if you have enough money for this house, you hve enough money for yourself to have mistresses outside different cities/countries. and your kids can afford to do drugs without getting caught, and OD at some clubs outside. yup, its gonna be 99% time empty in this house, waste of money indeed.

The wine room is beyond amazing. This house is already so perfect, but if they should have carried on any of the themes more, it would have been the old-fashioned style of the wine cellar.

Does it have a Dollar General nearby? That's a deal breaker for me.

I would still spend 90% of my time in my bedroom
No problem with a bedroom that big. It even has a livingroom inside the bedroom
Lol yeah really
Not me. Imma sit, sleep, and explore every centimeter of this place. I'm not paying for all that square footage just to stay in one bed, in one bedroom. But, that doesn't mean I won't sleep on the fluffy couches, comfy chairs, doze off in the jacuzzi baths, relax in the amazing showers, under the shade of the trees, in the poolside lounge chairs, on the lakefront picnic blankets, in a hammock in the grassy yard, in a tent on the heated driveway, etc, etc, etc. haha

Sometimes you just get lucky and will win the lottery, then you, having browsed these TH-cam’s already, will be like yup I’m buying that now lol
I'm from Switzerland and always wondering about your "unsafe" doors in America, they're just like... "hey, come in". But the house is stunning.
LOL Same observation. I was thinking that some bulgar might come in.
It’s because when you buy those type of grand mansions, you also buy the security surrounding it. I don’t think a burglar could actually make it to the doors without getting spotted by the cameras and shot by the heavily armed bodyguards lol.
