@@Toogoodtobetrue458 thanks I was doing 10K to 20K steps a day for a while but I stop seeing results and tried to start running but my old hips would hurt so much I had to stop. with winter coming I don't know if I will be able to keep 10K steps daily. what are your thoughts on intermitten fasting? fasting from 5pm to 6am daily?

@@philg4678start small with walk and run like walk 2 minutes and jog 1 minute. As long as you’re able to you can work your way to to a mile and then 2 and eventually a 5k. Always check with your doctor and medical professionals to be sure you can do all these things! Good luck!

Not sure why my reply didn’t show but I was saying start small - do walk run - walk 2
Minutes jog 1 minute build up until you can jog without walking. Just have small goals. Also assuming you are healthy enough to pursue these activities please check with your doctor and medical professionals first! Good luck mate!
