    I am 73 and have been doing various facial exercises for many years.
    Facerobics have proved to be the best for results, they have cost me
    nothing but time.
    Several people have recently mentioned I have a lovely smile, this
    I am certain is due to the Cheek lifting exercises I have been concentrating on.
    All you ladies out there, believe me it is never too late to improve your looks.
    Many thanks Peta

    Peta, Thank you so much. After just one day of these exercises (last night and this morning), my nasolabial folds have lightened. I am sure I didn’t do it perfectly because I am a beginner. But your exercise works like a miracle. I have tried all kinds of stuff, wasted time and hundreds of dollars. I have never experienced anything this effective.

I found one of your videos a week ago, watched it, did it, and I was hooked. I did not even bother to think about the muscles. Strange but true. However, thank you SO very much...you have changed my life forever. Thank you.. Namaste

    Hi Peta. Just started doing these exercises about a week ago. They take a lot of practice and determination to get them right but judging by your results it will be well worthwhile. This video has been extremely helpful as I've been struggling with this particular exercise and now have a good understanding. Thanks also to Dorian. He is a big help and you are very inspiring. Thank you very much. ( it's nice to have a fellow Aussie to watch and learn from).

    Hi Peta, I am so glad I found your videos, not only are you gorgeous you're also a genius. I've only been doing the exercises a short time but already there is a big difference. I would love to see one video that combines all of the exercises one at a time to do a "work out" session. As it is I have to find and jump to each exercise and find the section where you are demonstrating. Actually, you could do a series of routines using variations of the exercises. Thanks so much for making a difference in my life!

Like pulling the lips tightly over the teeth. So much more powerful today having watched you! So a lesson for me -- it's important to revisit the video every once in a while. Anyway, thanks. hI Peta, I tried this. i have pretty high cheekbones which are just starting to deflat. I did this 100 times with no burning. I am wondering if I am doing ti wrong if it doesn't burn or could it be that the muscles are strong enough that adding "more weight" and less reps would be better? Thanks for the great videos!

    Dear Peta,
    I am 49 year old male...
    I desperately want to remove my nasolabial folds (as well as other improvements)
    I've seen and practiced your videos for this for a week now.
    I have a few questions...
    A. How did you learn all these exercises?
    B. Does exercising the muscles heal the skin elasticity as well in tandem with strengthening the underlying muscles?
    C. Should Men perform altenate exercise to not develop a feminine appearance? (i.e. targeting the Masseter etc.)?
    D. Have you seen a benefit from supplementing internally with a Collagen peptide powder (often with Hylarounic Acid and Vitamin-C)?
    E. I discovered "Flex-Effect" after researching your exercises...
    do you believe in the bone building theory for underlying bone structure ?
    I know thats a lot of questions...I apologize.
    im just very interested in your approach!;)
    you are the most approachable and beautiful /youthful of the coaches I've discovered.
    So I trust that I must "Listen to what Miss Peta Says!";)

I have sent you a number of times how to follow the programme. Would you do me a favour and read it and follow it otherwise you will end up with more wrinkles and I will not be able to fix it for you.

    I don't know if I'm doing this exercise right. When I block my cheeks with fingers, it automatically does the exercise in reverse: The energy of the pressure goes down towards the lips, instead of the cheekbones. The cheeks are almost immobile and the exercise works a bit opposite to without pressure. I don't know if that's good or not.

    Hi Peta, that was so helpful, breaking down the various elements involved in that exercise and now that you are also naming the various muscles involved (with the help of Dorian), that's doubly useful. I've been doing it all wrong, using emphasis around the nose/nasolabial area and I can see that now. Your cheeks are awesome and this is a great video. (Hey! just like you once said, you can pick out people who are using your gorgeous skin products, you'll be able to pick out all your subscribers by their fabulous cheek bones!!) Much Love to you oh gorgeous one! J xx

    hello dear Peta! so nice to discover your channel! I have a question, I'm 32 yrs old and I did the mistake to get fillers once under the eyes (and after dissolved them Because of misplacing them .. ) and now I got up having thinner eyelids from what I got used to, and had filler also under my temples 8 months ago . I started doing your exercises because I want to tighten and strengthen the eye lids (if that's possible) , but I have to do full facial exercises and they seem pretty intense. Do you think I will have problems with the temple fillers , because of moving the muscles? I would like to continue but I hope I will not to any damage or make them move ! Thank you in advance !

    Hi Peta, I really love this exercise. You said that you do it all the time, does that mean you don't alternate it? I know changing the exercises around is important, but I don't want to stop doing this one, even for two weeks. Let me know, Vivien

    • @facerobics
      @facerobics  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Vivien, I have stopped doing it for awhile now, but sometimes I dont even listen to what Miss Peta says, I get lazy and if I like an exercise I sometimes overdo it too. I have done this on the extreme forehead lifter also, this is why I know that if you over do exercises it can cause more wrinkles! I do them also, and have made almost every mistake known to mankind when it comes to face exercises, well, possibly not every mistake, I am sure there will be more! lol!!!

    • @facerobics
      @facerobics  9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Madalena Marinho Hi Madalena, thanks for your question! You need to do a full face routine, not just spot exercising. Here is a video that might help you construct a routine for yourself - th-cam.com/video/TbCnjIx2Gzk/w-d-xo.html. Rather than just do one exercise then rotate it around, you need to do the full face routine and rotate that whole routine every 6 weeks. I would suggest that you choose one exercise for one muscle group. Forehead, Eyes, Upper & Lower Cheeks, Nose, Jaw & Neck, and it should be taking you 10-20 minutes max. Start at 50 repetitions and build up to 100 each day. Let your muscles rest for 24 hours and do them again the next day. I hope that helps!!!

    Hi Peta, one more question. I bought the Facial-Flex and it seems like it causes more sagging on the sides of my mouth. Now I can't return it. Have you heard this before? Great video. This helped me understand the process much better.

    • @facerobics
      @facerobics  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      lenore urbanski Hi Lenore, I think what might have happened is the area around the side of your mouth was already in a weakened state. So it could have been that this particular type of exercise exacerbated the problem. Were you isolating the area while you were using the device, as isolating the area will help support a weakened area while exercising?

    • @facerobics
      @facerobics  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Brande Arno - Sorry, I meant that I do this exercise alot, I mix it around regularly with other ones, but you need to do the exercises all at once, once a day. This way you let your muscles rest. then start again at the same time next day.

    I am glad I've found your videos on TH-cam. Do you have all the exercises you are showing in a book? I'd like to know the routine I would need to follow each day. Also, I am considering to buy the Laser Lift. Does it come with your kind of Facerobics? Thank you! Lori

    • @facerobics
      @facerobics  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Lori Schmidt Hi Lori, thanks for your comment! and welcome to the channel. I dont have a book but I have started to link the new exercises to a page with pictures and step by step instructions on how to do the exercise. From there you can download it and put it in your own Face Exercise book. I have some 100 exercises on the channel so it would be impossible to put them all in a book, it would cost a fortune! lolol! so, rather that, I thought this would be then next best thing, and costs nothing, better still. As for your routine, I leave it up to you to construct one for yourself as I dont know your specific needs, so if you go to this video, it will show you how to construct a routine from the exercises on my channel. I do suggest that you also watch the 5 principles here - th-cam.com/video/EYUbho2OQ_st/w-d-xo.htmlo familiarise yourself with the philosophy behind Facerobics®. I hope that helps!

Actually, before I found your website I was seriously considering surgery. I have big lines going down at the corners of my mouth and all along my cheeks. Please give me some hope here....I have just started doing your cheek lifter exercises, and I just want to know, approximately how long does it take, generally to begin to see results?

      +Rochelle Hairston - Hi rochelle, you need to be doing a full face routine to have success with any sort of facial exercise, not just one exercise. This exercise as with all the others are meant to be practised as part of a full face routine. If you havent already subscribed, I would suggest you do so, to get important updates about the programme such as this. Possibly read this, it will help you understand the programme more - renew-me.com.au/blog/2015/12/03/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/. Peta, many thanks for the great exercises. I spotted your channel yesterday and am quite impressed by the depth and breadth of the facial exercises covered by your channel. I'm familiarizing myself with techniques for the series 1 exercise program before embarking on the actual exercises. For this particular exercise, I was wondering around the correct approach to use to form an O-shape with the lips: do the lips have to be wrapped very tightly inward towards the teeth so that they form 2 thin layers and so that the muscles are very tightly pulled OR do the lips have to merely form an O shape that is tightly pulled but not wrapped around the lips while still maintaining normal lip shape? I tried both techniques while trying to smile and each technique seems to activate the same muscles but at a different intensity. I'm trying to verify the correct technique to follow. Many thanks in advance!

    Hi Peta, I recently started your program and I can't wait to see the results! I have a question about this exercise: could this exercise possibly elongate my philtrum by stretching it while pulling the lips over the teeth? I have a long philtrum so I am really worried about that. What would be your advise for me, maybe do an alternative cheek plumping exercise instead? (Even though we shouldn't change the EAWM series) Thats exactly why I would love to get your advise on this!

    My first time doing this. I really appreciate the detailed step by step and Dorian. I did it about 10 times, I only seem to only be able to do it slow and strong. Gee, it really made my face hurt, especially when I added my hands to it. Is that typical? I'm in my 50s and just starting all this.

    • @facerobics

      Francesca S Hi Francesca, yes it is normal, because we dont use our facial muscles too much, and when we start using them and working them out it does hurt somewhat. Similar to when you are in the gym lifting weights, that hurts too! Don't worry about it, the old saying is true, no pain no gain! I hope that helps!
