    I've been doing your face exercises for 2 years. I'm ashamed that I haven't subscribed until now. you look absolutely amazing. my problem is sometimes I'm not sure if I'm putting the right exsersis together. your skin glows so radiant too. thank you for this perfect gift of turning back time. somewhat.

    Your videos are absolutely the best!!!
    I've been doing these exercises for one week and can see a slight difference already. Can you please tell me if you have a series I can use instead of going to separate videos? Also, you mentioned that it's important to switch up the exercises. Do you have any other info on that and what the routine should look like?

      Hi Susan love, all of the exercises are created for balance. You cant change the routines that I have prescribed. Just follow the EAWMe routines and dont worry about the other exercises, you will have stunning results if you do 💖

    Hi ,I love your videos on you tube you really changed my life Iam a 47 years woman i live in Egypt my skin is a lot tighter and plumer now I have reached the first week of 150 count what should I do after I finish the second week should I keep on doing the exercising for 150 times and should I do all your exercises ??for how long or should it be a lifestyle??

    thank you for sharing these precious exercices with us , I have questions : does this has the same effect as lifting mouth corners with the fillers , in other words is the change noticeable ? how long should we do this per a day ? and how much it takes to see results and finally if we stop doing the exercise does the muscle maintain the new shape ?       +Soukaina Elkourdi - Hi Soukaina, over time, if you do a full face routine, you will find amazing results with face exercise which do not compare to fillers and muscle relaxants. If you look at my before and after pictures, you can see incredible results that I have achieved, simply by using my RENEW ME Skincare and doing facial exercises. I cant say how long it will take for you to see results, but, I can say that if you do them regularly you will be so amazed. Also, as with any exercise, if you stop, you will lose tone and fitness. I hope that helps!

    Am I understanding it correctly that this exercise may be done on its own daily? I thought one shouldn't do isolated exercises at random but should keep with the routines you have designed in your series. I do not see this particular exercise incorporated into any of the 3 series so far. Could you please explain why and how this wonderful exercise can be done with or without your other series?

      because if you do stand alone exercises your face will become misshapen and saggy and more wrinkly. Give it a go, you will see what I mean

      Thanks Peta for responding... but my question was "how to incorporate this 'tongue in cheek' exercise with any of the 4 series you have programmed". I do not want to do it as a stand-alone work out but I have no idea how else to apply this exercise otherwise. I'm sure many would appreciate that info too. And thank you so much for providing these exercise programs for free. You're such an excellent role model!

Im 45 years old and most people tell me that I look much younger, last year I started working out and my body looks great, but I have lost some weight and is showing in my face specially around my mouth.       +Melissa Tremblay - you need to change the exercises around so that your muscles do not get used to doing them, otherwise there will be no effect at all. Changing the exercises, helps the muscles to stay in a state of change and they will grow and tone faster. Hope that helps

      Hi Diana, here is the Facerobics Program and how to follow it properly - renewme.com.au/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/. With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. All of the explanation videos are in the information bar at the top right hand corner of the video, the little circle, just click on it, or in the playlists on the channel. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. I would encourage you to go to the playlists and watch the beginner videos, and techniques before you start.

      Lena Sorin Hi Lena, thanks for your compliment! Yes coffee does dehydrate the skin especially if you are not drinking much water. Recently this was my problem along with other things, and my face and body just started looking and feeling very unwell. So, drink plenty of water and possibly only one coffee in the morning! Hope that helps!

      yes is ok to use rose hip oil. its a dry oil but is good because it will not put your face into detox.

      +Pick a pretty picture - Hi Pick, I am very specific about the EAWM series about NOT changing them. If you want to construct your own routine, watch this video - th-cam.com/video/TbCnjIx2Gzk/w-d-xo.html and make sure to do the 50/100/150 reps over 6 weeks and change to another routine after that. Starting at 50 reps again.

    What's the main benefit of this exercise ? Because I saw the video for lifting the corner of mouth and I'm a little bit confused about the deference of this video and that video!

      It is exercising the opposite corners of the mouth where you push your tongue

    I am practicing your other lift the corner of mouth exercises where you lift the top of the mouth up. But this one doesn't work for me. Since we alternate exercises for this area every 2 weeks, is there a third exercise to lift the mouth corners? Thanks so much!

      +101rosebud - Hi Rosebud, you need to do this exercise as part of a full face routine. If you spot exercise it will not work and can cause more damage. Also if you are doing the EAWM Series, you are not supposed to change the exercises as the routines are specifically designed to be worked over 3 months. Could you tell me how many exercises you are doing at the moment?

      +101rosebud - Hi Rosebud, yes, all of the series cover all of the face over 3 months. because you cannot over exercise the muscles, I formulated routines to cover all of the muscle groups in that time. If you follow the EAWM you cannot change or add to the routine, because, if you do you will be messing up the plan of the series and possibly over exercising an area in the next series. If I were you, I would suggest you follow each routine to the letter, through the levels, and over 3 months you will see amazing changes. Dont worry about changing it, because I have done it for you.

      +101rosebud - hi rosebud, all of the series covers all of the muscles of the face. Even if there are not specific corners of the mouth exercises in a series, all of the muscles are being exercised anyway by the other exercises. You cannot work certain areas all the time. By doing different exercises, you rest the areas that cannot be exercised all the time, which are being indirectly exercised anyway, then when it is time to go to the next series, the other exercises are included. All of the 3 series cover the eye area, only in some of them the under eye is rested so as not to over exercise it. Just trust me on this, you are better off just doing the EAWM Series over the 3 months. All of the series are in the play list.

      +Wrinkle face - hi Wrinkle Face, the best thing is to start the full face routine this will also strengthen the corners of your lips -

When you finish that, go to series 2, do the same thing, then after 6 weeks, go back to series 1 and start again. Alternate the routines for a few months. Hope that helps!

    Excuse me but I have a question when your doing this exercise are you suppose to feel the corner of your mouth burning or only the top area because I only feel the top area burning the most.

    I have a doubt: when we exercise the muscles in the body we do it 2 or 3 times a week, so the muscles can "rest", as it´s said. Shouldn´t we do the same on the face?

      I have created the programme for optimum results. If we should only do it 2-3 times a week, that is how I would have created it

      Anabel, to correct face asymmetry, you need to do a full face routine. Go to my play list and you will see the Exercise Along With Me series. Also, If you havent already, I suggest you do so, as I have many updates about this topic and how to practice it safely with the programme :-)

      +Pick a pretty picture - You need to create your own routines, I have a video on how to do this here - th-cam.com/video/TbCnjIx2Gzk/w-d-xo.html. The EAWM Series are meant to be done as is, not to be changed. So, if you want to incorporate a new exercise, just construct your own routine. Hope that helps.

    If I have Botox in an area, does that mean I can not do a full face routine, therefore I will get no benefits from any of these exercises?

      Hi Ksero, if you have botox, you will not be able to move the muscles to do the exercises. Possibly wait until it has dispersed then give it a go. :-)

      Godblessall here is the Facerobics Program and how to follow it properly - renewme.com.au/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/. With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. I would encourage you to go to the playlists and watch the beginner videos, and techniques before you start.

    the only problem with this exercise is that it might worsen a cobblestone chin.. which is caused by over tensing your chin muscles.
