    I like the angle views youre using now.. You look good from every side and that's encouraging for those of us who want to get the same result that youre getting. Im not sure if I'll join the gym. Id like to but we shall see since we're a single income family. Youre very kind to keep adding to youtube.

      Hi Dibbha, i am launching a premium gym soon and all of the EAWM Series from 4 onwards will be in the gym. The exercises are still on YT so that people can learn the routine and do it themselves. Just read the link that I gave you, and when you get to series 4, learn the exercises as normal and then start the routine on your own. Alternatively you can join the gym and you can EAWM there and do many other exciting things too :-)

    Im sorry but I think I've done everything right up to the 5th Series and then it gets confusing in the explaination. Do I rest a week between EVERY Series? Are there extra exersises 'Im supposed to include in any of the series videos or are they complete as is?

      Hi Sherry, here is the Facerobics Program and how to follow it properly - renewme.com.au/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/. With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. All of the explanation videos are in the information bar at the top right hand corner of the video, the little circle, just click on it, or in the playlists on the channel. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. I would encourage you to go to the playlists and watch the beginner videos, and techniques before you start.

    Hello again Peta, I was in touch a few weeks ago. As mentioned I've done 3 rounds of series 1-3 and now on series 4. At my age (mid 50's) the problem areas are Nasolabial Folds and Jowls. Wondering if it may help to get your Laser Lift Set and use in conjunction with the program or firstly complete to series 6? Last and not least, the question I'm sure many people have asked, once the desired result has been achieved, what then to maintain this? Many thanks, Mandi t

    I'am writing from France. I'm doing the wonderful routine exercises since I discovered you last November.
    But something bothers me. I subscribed clicking on the right bottom corner, but had never any confirmation that I am a subscriber. If I were, I suppose I would get news from Facerobics directly ? For instance, it is only by chance that I discovered a new Series 4. And also that, reading the comments here, I hear that you will leave TH-cam and launch another way to work with you ? Were is it noticed ???

    I am a faithful subscriber and follow your exercises regularly. It is one thing that goes on my list of things I am grateful for ! With reference to your gym. Could you please have a counselor on the gym channel for women over 60 to advise for beauty in co-operation with your program. I feel that mature women today are amazing, are still active and engaged, but are not always viewed positively. An affirmative counselor could be a bonus for these women following you.     I’m confused. I am on series 3 strong. I’m looking to see where the next series is. The series 1,2,3 all have the instructional ones then the series without any talking (to sprout once you’ve mastered each exercise. I see the instructional videos for series 4,5 but not the complete series without talking? Did something change, do I need to join your gym once I’m done with series 3? Thanks so much!

      all of the exercises are in the play lists for each series. just follow them as i have laid out. you dont need to join the gym just go to the exercise sets after S3 and learn them and do the routine as normal

    Hallo dear Pita.today I have started series 4 and notice there is no exercise for the nose,at series 3 there weren’t too.Is that means not to exercise the nose or to choose one of the previous ones? Thank you

      Hi Rachel, there is no nose exercise because you cannot exercise the nose all the time otherwise it becomes misshapen. You need to follow the program as I have laid out as it is a balanced program. dont change it, add any exercises whatsoever. Just follow the program thru the series and you will see changes over time

      Hi there, everything is in the playlists, all you need to do is go to the playlists and you will find Series 1-6 there. Series 4-6 are only exercises, they are not in the EAWM form as Series 1-3. All you need to do is learn the exercises, and do them in the same routine that is in the playlist. IE: learn the routine and then start 50 reps 2 weeks, 100 reps 2 weeks, and 150 reps 2 weeks in the same way that you would do if you were following the EAWM video. I have your email, thank you

      Its in the playlists. S4 onwards is not an Exercise along with me. Just learn the exercises then apply the method 50 reps x2 weeks, 100 reps x2 weeks and 150 reps x 2 weeks, then move onto the next series when you finish that one

    Questions regarding your three different forehead lifting techniques
    Hi Peta, could you tell me how the exercise in this vIdeo compares to your two other forehead exercise videos? Your two other ones are:
    “Smoothe Away Forehead Wrinkles Forehead Exercises Get did of Forehead Wrinkles & Lines” (hands placed horizontally across forehead with fingers touching) (th-cam.com/video/hPbBQesrwn8/w-d-xo.html)
    &
    “Extreme Forehead Wrinkle Exercise to Smoothe and Lift Your Wrinkled Forehead Lines.” (Forefingers and index fingers on hairline and eyebrow ridge) (th-cam.com/video/_CMWN_e0eeY/w-d-xo.html)
    Which would you consider best and most effective? Would you recommend doing all three together each day or just whichever you have found the best one? Are each of the three for slightly different purposes? Could you break these down for me to help me discern the differences? Many thanks.

      Hi Stephen, there is no comparison. It is the forehead exercise for Series 2. With my program you need to follow all 6 series. You cant even just do one series because you muscles will start to plateau and you will get nowhere. It is in the changing about of exercises and repetitions that brings success to this program.

    Could you tell me how the exercise in this vIdeo compares to your two other forehead exercise videos? Your two other ones are:
    “Smoothe Away Forehead Wrinkles Forehead Exercises Get did of Forehead Wrinkles & Lines” (hands horizontally across forehead with fingers touching)
    &
    “Extreme Forehead Wrinkle Exercise to Smoothe and Lift Your Wrinkled Forehead Lines.” (Forefingers and index fingers on hairline and eyebrow ridge)
    Which would you consider best and most effective? Would you recommend doing all three together each day or just whichever you have found the best one? Are each of the three for slightly different purposes? Could you break these down for me to help me discern the differences? Many thanks.

      Hi Stephen, there is no comparison. It is the forehead exercise for Series 2. With my program you need to follow all 6 series. You cant even just do one series because you muscles will start to plateau and you will get nowhere. It is in the changing about of exercises and repetitions that brings success to this program.

    Hi Peta, how do I join the gym? I have finished all 3 series. But now I just jump around between different exercises. And I think this face Aerobics is the best.

      Hi Gul, Series 4, 5 & 6 are in the playlists. You can learn each individual exercise and then do the routines without the exercise along with me videos. Alternately, the exercise along with me videos are in the Membership site > www.facerobics.com.au

    mam 7yrs back i have some eye infection that time doctor gave some medicine ......that ,medicine side effected to me my eyes are gone dry...now i suffering from dry eyes... because of all this my right upper eyelid look swell or may be droopy on eye lid... plz tell me this exercise are really useful for me..mam give me your mail id...i will send my eye pics see and tell me exercise my eyelid problems

    Hi peta I just finished series 3 and I just found series 4 play list should I start series 4 or go back to series 1??? Because I did not find one Video that u include series 4

      Hi Amani, well done on finishing up to S3. You can go to S4, all of the exercises are in the playlists. EAWM S1-3 are in video form, S4 onwards, just learn the exercises and do the routines. There are no EAWM for them

    Hello Pete! Is it true these exercises will tone but not make my face/chin/neck won't lose weight? I'm losing weight every where but there! What gives? Grrr!

      Darling Lorelei, the exercises on your face do not make you lose weight, they tone the muscles and strengthen the skin thru increased blood circulation.

      Hoi Felicia, thanks for your compliments. No you cannot replace any exercises in any series as you will end up over exercising. this exercise is going into series 4. you need to change the exercises in each series, and i have set the routines specifically. please do not change them

      Hi Margot, the Gym is a yearly subscription, which automatically rolls over every year on your signup date, starting at AUD$135 per year. This equates to approx USD$87 per year. I am unsure what the difference would be doing a one time fee which would be much more money than a yearly subscription which is much less. :-)

    Hej Peta! Now when i am trying to find your series of exercises, for ex. serie 4 i get different names: Frankie Phillips, Ayn Rose, Angela Reeva who show those exercises in youtube, often not right (for ex. without eye exercise or 14-15 exercises which do not belong series 4). Why they do that. Have they right to do så. It is so confusing. sincerely Hasmik

      Hi Hasmik, this is because they have made playlists that youtube allow to be shown as public, they are not the official playlists from me. Make sure that the playlist is from Facerobics, not someone elses name

    Soooper exercises, amazing results. Plz tell me how many exercises are there in in series 4. I also have a suggestion . If with each exercise you show a print out of face with marks direction arrows that show us exact location of fingers placement direction of muscle movement. Ur style is fantastic. God bless you
