    Thanks Peta, that is what I have been doing but for some reason, You Tube confuses series with levels, so that they show Series 2 in green when actually it is supposed to be in Blue. I guess some of the exercises are repeated. That is why I was confused.One of these days I will skype with you again so that I can tailor exercises with my problem areas.I'm also looking forward to your gymn!

    This is a general question. I've been doing Facerobics for a year now, and there's no doubt it's a game changer. Frankly I don't get the remarks about this being time consuming. But it has required a bit of dedicated effort in the start, as it took me a while to be able to isolate the muscles. Still, I'd rather do that than have my face sliding south! Some of the exercises I just couldn't wrap my head around when I first started out. Putting all this material out here for free is really a VERY generous gesture, Peta. Thank you! My question is: It seems to me that several of the exercises cover more than one of the main muscle groups. Constructing my own full face program (following your guidelines, of course), I'm not always sure if an exercise should count for one or two muscle groups, as to avoid over-exercising. Is there a rule of thumb to use?

      Hi Janus, just make sure you are only doing ONE exercise in that muscle group. That is the rule of thumb.

      FACEROBICS® - Your Face Exercise Coach hello peta love your excercises. You said to do only one exercise for the eyes but I believe there are other videos where you are demonstrating several types of excercises for the eyes so I am but confused. I find after doing faces exercises after a week or so I don't feel that the muscle is working much any more. That is why you have to rotate. I should do 50. So should I rotate or just increase the reps? If I do this eye exercise I should do no other eye exercise you said. How long should I do it for? 2 weeks straight and then switch to another excercise?

    I have been religiously doing face aerobics from last few months, I am on series 3 level 3 and not over doing it and following principles. I am 33, but I don't see much changes on my face. For instance my cheeks are sagged like 50 years old.
    I have sunken eye and dark colored, I see my under eye area slightly firmed but developing wrinkles also.

      Hi binshika, i am sorry to hear this. To be honest, if you are exercising your facial muscles, it is not possible for this to happen. There must be some reason, could you tell me how you are exercising your face exactly and I might be able to help?

      I am so inspired from you, you look so beautiful and charming and love the way you explain it and put lot of efforts to help people.

      Firstly are you following this program exactly - renewme.com.au/?p=504 or have you changed it in any way. Also, there is no need for concern about how long it takes, it takes time to change your face and there are so many other factors to do with it. So you need just to keep going. Over time you will see the changes. Other people on YT say it will take 30 days or 8 weeks, this is just not so, your body determines when it changes. So, could you let me know if you are following the above program exactly, and we can go from there what else could be happening with you :-)

    Peta, you are an amazing woman! I have just started watching your videos and referred them to both my sister and a friend. I have a question that maybe you can answer. I was recently hospitalized with pneumonia and a UTI while in there I was hooked up to IV antibiotics where they also had to pump fluids into me which they put too much into me and ended up actually stretching my skin! Now I am 55 years old and my skin is NOT going back to its original state which really makes me angry because now my face is a little saggy in certain areas where it wasn't before, like my eyelids and jowls! Will your exercises work for me?

      Hi Melissa, thats sounds utterly awful! They will work to a degree, but you need to manage your expectation on it. I would just try it see what happens, it sounds like you can only go up from where you are!

    Dear Peta, thanks a lot for your tremendous work. I've been following you for two years by now and I'm extremely pleased to see all the results and hear all the comments from the people I haven't seen for some time. They say the time turned backwards for me:)). I recommend you strongly to all my friends, who is not lazy:)). The only problem (and a persisting one) is my laugh lines, I can't get rid of them... Could you, please, explain what to do in more detais? I wish you inspiration and further success.

    I am 72 y.o. and noticed my facial muscles really losing their tone ! I have been doing your Lower Jaw facial workout for a month...and there is noticeable difference !       Mary you need to do a full face routine. I do not have a lower jaw facial work out. I insist that everyone does a full face routine, so i am not sure what channel you are watching. Please go to the playlist and watch the beginner videos which will teach you about Facerobics and how to perform the exercises safely and correctly. :-)

    Hi Peta I'm 27 going on 28 and I have virtually no wrinkles only about 1 line under my eyes but my ain't concern is eye bags under my eyes. I'd like to decrease the hollowness and puffiness. Is it necessary to do a ful face routine or can I stick to the exercises labeled "reduce eye bags" I'd like to know so I can get started

      yes it is necessary to do a full face routine otherwise your eyes will become worse with wrinkling and sagging

    I have only one droopy eye so should I do the exercise for both. how many times in a day we should do this and for how long. how long will it take to see positive results

    Plz help me ....I've always had protruding / almond eyes ( big eyelids ) but a few weeks ago I had something red on one of my eyelids so I kept pulling it out to show the doctor and then I think the eyelid drooped because of excessive pulling and now my eyes look slightly different from each other but I really want it to be like it was before what do you suggest ? ...I've waited for a month and it's just as droopy and unlike it was before ..

    Hi Peta,
    I don't know what is wrong with me! I have been doing the program since January and did a skype session with you then. I am 74 (Linda the artist) and have, I thought, been following the program correctly.What I have done is Series 1(all green) levels 1 /50 reps for 2 weeks, level 2/ 100 reps for 2 weeks and level 3 /150 reps for 2 weeks, still all in the green series. Is that correct?
    When I went to Facebook and typed in Series 2 level 1 which I thought I was to do next, it showed me the green series again which I have already done. I thought the next series should be blue. And when I looked to the right hand side on Facebook it showed Series 3 in green! I thought Series 3 should be purple not green. What am I doing wrong Peta? I'm trying so hard to follow the program correctly. Am I getting the series and the levels mixed up?
    Do we do all the green 3 levels( for 6 weeks), then go to the blue, 3 levels(6 weeks), then the purple, 3 levels (6 weeks)? Or do we do Green, level 1 for two weeks, then Blue, level 1 for two weeks then purple level 1 for two weeks? Then go back to Green level 2 for 2 weeks, then blue level 2 for 2 weeks etc.?I have watched How to do the program over and over again and thought I was doing it correctly!

      A Gill What I have understood level 1 goes on for 18 weeks Including these resting days + 2 weeks of rest. That will be 20 weeks.

    Hi. I have a question about masseter muscle hypertrophy.
    My left side is bigger and muscular than the right side. According to mr results my bones are symmetrical but left side's masseter is bigger than the other.
    It has been like that from my childhood.
    My question is how can i grow the right masseter ? Just the right side isolated ?
    I would be glad if you help, thanks for the all videos.

    I so enjoy your videos. Aside from all the good information, I am most grateful that you give us a sense of hope. I also enjoy how personable and warm you are, as well as your detailed instructions. While I have only been at this since April 21, 2017, I can not wait to see the future improvements. I already feel that my face and neck muscles are becoming more toned, and my skin looks more radiant due to better blood flow to the area.     Hi Peta. This might come as a bit of a shock. I'm not a crossdresser or anything like that. But I'm 84 and I eat the right things and I excersize daily by walking a mile or so. My trouble is after I shave and look in the mirror I've got this droopy eyed Doberman peering out at me. My eyelids are so low, you can't see the crease as you girls say. Now I ain't Errol Flynn, my wife went with Dementia and I'm looking for another girl to share my life with? I mean my eyelids. Not a dating website. Thanks.

    Got a good question, ive baggy eye lids & altho your exercises help theres one you dont mention that really gets results. im also asking you as you might know of a damage it could cause......allow me, you place the finger across the closed eyelid, gently holding it closed. Then simply try to open the eye. Any feedback?

    Hi Peta, I am a beginner, having just discovered your channel and have started following series 1, Level 1. I know that you ask people to follow the programme without changing it, however I have a question regarding the nose exercise that is included in the six exercises. My nose is perfectly formed and i don t have any issues with my nose. Do I still need to do the nose exercise, even though I don't need to, for symmetry sake? Thanks again for your marvellous help

      do not change the program. if your nose is fab now, if you leave it out, it will start to sag. Dont change the program

    I started following your facerobics a couple of years ago and at 51 years old everyone who finds out my age, shouts No! I have even been accused of using Botox and fillers Lol. I love doing the routine and some times I even do it twice in one day or whenever I get a chance, I have increased my protein intake and spread it evenly over the entire day and have now become aware of the mind muscle connection, it not only helps me isolate particular muscles, but it also helps with symmetry. Every morning, I just love the feeling of tightness and volume I get after each workout. I work extra hard if I have some special event as it gives my confidence a boost 😊 Thank you so much for your dedication and research 🤗

      You are right, in the beginning I was doing the exercises at every opportunity I had, but my face started to look tired even after a decent night sleep. Now I do as you recommended. Monday to Friday in the morning in bed and rest Sat and Sunday. But if I have something special I do a an express workout before getting ready to

    I may have missed this but of information, but am I supposed to do these exercises for a certain amount of time, or a certain amount of repetitions? I'm already doing a form of facial massage, and both my husband and my Mother have commented​ that they are noticing results. I'm excited to try this.

    In finger placement,im confused on placement in middle of lid. are we directly touching lids . I have to curve my fingers so I can open lids..or are we applying slight pressure in middle to add resistance?

    Hi peta, i have had hemifacial spasm for about 8 years and recently had surgery (microvascular decompression) to correct it. Not sure if it's worked yet, it takes time for the nerve to heal. My face is quite assymetrical because of this, eg left eyelid is droopier than the right, right cheek is drooping more than left. Should i alter the exercises(just work on one side) so that i am encouraging more lift on the affected side, to even things up? thankyou

    Hi PETA, thank you again for all those exercises you are sharing with us. I am currently in the middle of Series 1 Level 3 ( auch, my jaw hurts a little ). I am 60 years old and my main concerns are droopy upper eyelids, sagging jawline and thin, wrinkled, sagging neck.
    Will those exercises for droopy eyes be included in Series 2 or 3?

      You need to learn the exercises first, and learn how the program works too. go to the play list to see the beginner videos. this is something that happens over time, and you have to keep doing it. also you need not to worry about the other exercises, the ones i have chosen so far are balanced for what everyone needs.
