    Thank you! This is one of my biggest problem areas, jawline, and sunken under eye area too! I guess my whole face!

    Uhhh...I am always *stunned* by how amazing your un-injected forehead and brows look. Better than mine, and I'm in my early 40's. Thank you for this video. As it happens I am entering week 2 of the series this exercise appears in. I have completed the first three series/18 weeks and am cycling back through. Your clarification here is much appreciated!

    Hello :)..see that these are the most current update to first 4 exercises in series 2..are there updates also to last 2 exercises or am I following 2019 update for those still..hope not a daft question..have looked..thankyou x

    Hello Peta, can i just ask - when you say hold them back, do you just mean the little fingers or do you hold back all fingers across the forehead -i cant work out if you mean just pull back gently on just the little fingers or all fingers thank you and thank you for all you do x

      yep thats what I mean, and make sure you do not wrinkle in that area when you are doing it. best to watch yourself in the mirror when learning this exercise Tommo!

    Hello mam please suggest me any exercise for one side droopy eyelid (right side)

      Start with the set 1 exercises (all sets have eye exercises that strenghten the eyes) and while doing the eye ex. concentrate mentally more on the problematic eyelid muscles. Ms Peta explained in one of her vids how to correct unsymetrical features of one's face, and that was what she said. Hope it helps :)

      Hi there, you need to just focus on the muscles you are exercising by simply looking straight ahead when you are performing the exercises.
