    It's available for US TO CAMP ON FREE!
    The Trona Pinnacles is on California Public Land. I'll show you how ot get there, the drive in, your camping options and the beautiful scenery!

    I just found this video Robin. We were there in February of 22 on our way to death valley, I originally had found out about it fro Gone with the Wynns a couple of years earlier and put it on my list. Good thing my wife didnt see this before we went or she would have said NO WAY! LOL, man that drive back, we were in our 30' MH but it was magical.

    That really is spectacular desert scenery. I'm so new to this RV thing that it would scare the pants off me to drive out there.

    I like your videos. I just wish that the music was quieter and your dialog was louder. I have to turn the volume all the way up to hear your voice, and then I have to turn it way down because of the loud music.

    Was pretty much stuck with the RTR group (tribe) for my nomad you tube info then accidentally stumbled upon you - not literally of course - sure glad I did - your videos are superior - I am just starting out with a tiny travel trailer pulled by a Ford Explorer, hope it works well - I very much needed that composting toilet info, planning on getting a C head and hope there is enough room to put it in my tiny wet bathroom - your info helped a lot in my planning - right now struggling with “identity” and logo - maybe I’ll see you at the RTR in 2019. Keep up the great videos!

      bostongw yay! Hi Boston. When you are shopping, if your c head comes with a side crank get the"spider crank." It doesn't stick out as much as a standard crank and takes up less room. Thanks for watching!

    Well worth the efforts getting there - so let me thank you for bringing us all along with you - to experience such scenery via video! Wish you'd taped some more of the changing light as the sun set, or at sunrise. At one point it did seem to show a mountain range with a dark golden cast on the west facing side, I'm assuming - with shadow revealing the sharp angles & planes of those mountain sides.
    Your description of the night sky blew my mind a bit. I've heard others say essentially the same thing - but I do forget how profound it is to be fortunate enough to really view the stars & planets that surround us - without the degree of light pollution that most of us live with every day.

    As a new subscriber and browsing the videos I came upon this. I will be heading up 395 next weekend for a quick getaway (I live in the Palm Springs area) and will be stopping at Trona and Lone Pine. If you can get the RV in I can do it in my Honda CRV :-)
    So enjoying your travels; keep it up.

    How bad would the road be with a long trailer?

    • @CreativityRV
      @CreativityRV  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Patrick, Yes! I think so. Just watch out for bad weather. I came in right after a rain storm, and the BLM website reads that they sometimes close that road after heavy rains. I did see other trailers and fifth wheels come in just fine after a couple of days. I hope you get a chance to visit! Thanks for watching.
