Someone retired and left a Herman Miller earon in my office. I swapped chairs as soon as I realized no one sits there. The chair is definitely comfortable.
this what you do. Buy a cheap office chair and bring it to work and say you decided to change chairs and the one at the office is actually yours. You brought it to work last year. 2000 dollar chair for free
I enjoy sitting in my Aeron Classic a lot. I got it second hand 7 years ago and it still works like new. The reclining feature and the breathable mesh are amazing. Most of the time I'm fully reclined.
The Mirra 2 is a great chair for most people, but the mesh does cause pressure points if you're heavy (unlike the one found on the Aeron) and the seat pan can be too firm which can hurt bigger thighs. Thankfully, the Aeron size c doesn't have any of these issues and is especially comfortable if you have longer legs that don't touch the seat edge.
I noticed my tailbone hitting the the frame underneath the edge at the back of the seat. I've read if you are in between seat sizes this happens (I'm smack bang on 6 foot) Apparently I'm one of the unlucky ones.
The Aeron size chart recommended to me is B. I’m 72kg 180cm. My legs are long. I Read some people complains about the hard edge. So I’ve tried both B and C. I’m glad I did. The C is perfect. I have no problem with front edge. Give a try you float and don’t feel any hard edges.
Got an Embody last month after using a DX racer for about 5 years. The first couple days were not very comfortable, I was adjusting it back and forth but about the second week in, it got dialed in and it is really comfy now. Chose the Embody over the Aeron b/c I like to sit in relaxing posture at times, and the Embody allows me to sit in relaxing positions like feet on etc. Aeron seems to be work position only, not play. Will probably get the Atlas head rest as well when it comes out later this year.
I'm going to order the Embody today, as I often sit on a leg or two. I signed up on the waitlist for a headrest from Atlas. Cost is estimated at $200 (ouch).
I'm in ur situation this dx racer chair hurst my butt soo much I even have two expensive butt cushions still hurt I'm 220 so not super over weight. My roommate has mirra 2 it feels ok I think I like embody
Great review. For such a pricey purchase, i really recommend trying the chairs in person first. I was pretty sold on the Aeron based on aesthetics and function but after testing out all the chairs at the Herman Miller store today, I went with the Embody. My biggest issue with sitting long hours is back discomfort. The embody just felt more supportive and comfortable.
When I first sat down in the Aeron my back pain melted away. I was going to buy it the second time I came back but when sitting in longer noticed my tailbone hitting the the frame underneath the edge at the back of the seat. I've read if you are in between seat sizes this happens (I'm smack bang on 6 foot) Apparently I'm one of the unlucky ones. I LOVED how it supported my lower and mid back like no other chair (inc the Embody and Steelcase chairs) and it feels like now I've sat in that nothing else compares and I just cannot get comfortable, but the damn seat issue I cannot buy it!
I’ve been using the Mirra 2 for 10 years and no issues so far. It’s as good as the day I got it. I find it more comfortable than even the Aero. I just which it had a headrest
I'm about to buy a Mirra 2 on CL and in researching bumped onto this site called OfficeLogixShop. I don't work for them and haven't ordered one yet, but they do make add-on headrests specifically for the Mirra 2 that look as if they match perfectly. If I end up liking the chair, I might try out one of them since I'm really used to having a headrest on my old chair. Hope this helps!
I've been using a Mirra 2 I purchased used for over five years. I just had the seatpan and arms replaced for $180 total at the Herman Miller outlet store. I'll probably be good to go for another five years. I'm 6'2", 280 lbs. and sit for six to eight hours every weekday and have experienced no back issues, pressure spots etc. Great chair!
Good video, great that you pointed out the pro and cons/ differences of the HM chairs. I didnt test all of them but at least for the Aeron, Mirra and Embody I had the same experience and kept the Embody.
My home office chair is the Cosm in the exact spec and color as shown. It replaced my Aeron chair that I've been using for over 8 years. My son uses it now so they really are a good bargain if you think about the longevity. I chose the Cosm because of that hammock like feel. It feels like my body is absorbed into the chair, and I actually like the leaf arm. It's not adjustable, but it give me perfect resting point for using the keyboard, and it's the perfect angle to use as an arm rest when I recline and put my feet up on an ottoman/foot rest that I keep in the office. One thing about the tilt though is that my wife who is 5'4 and 108 pounds cannot recline. But for me the recline is natural. So perhaps it's not the best for people of lighter body build. We have multiple homes and I wish I had enough money to furnish all the work chairs with an Aeron or a Cosm. So for the summer home, we bought our son the Sayl with adjustable arms and seat depth. I was actually pretty surprised how good it was. If you don't mind the rubber like back, then it's worth a look. But for me, the Cosm is my favorite, although I am thinking about getting an Eames Aluminum Executive chair. I sat in my mom's again recently and it was very nice and sleek. The leather was holding up very nicely for its age as well. Guess I'm getting old.
Every arm rest won't work when your normally working behind a desk. It's simply not possible unless they rotatie perpendicular to the table. I always need to lower them below table desk height
I initially got the Mirra 2 and liked everything about it, except the fact the seat pan was a bit too small to comfortably support my thighs. I ended up swapping it out for a Aeron size c and have been loving everything about it so far. My recommendation is to properly try out both chairs first and make use of the 14-30 free returns policy if available.
I own a Mirra 2 but like the Aeron as well. I chose the Mirra 2 because I sit with my legs up sometimes and because of the lower price. Other than that I prefer the Aeron's overall comfort. Go test them by yourself and choose what feels right for you.
Some people said they couldn't sit longer than 3 hours in the Cosm because of that way the back works. I sat in it for a about 10 mins an felt amazing but I will need to work in it for 10 hours a day.
ngl the cosm looks amazing and as if it's comfortable AF. If I have the money I'd like to try that one and the embody out and send back whichever's less comfortable
I was between the *Aeron* and the *Embody* for my home office, where I sit easily 10h/day or more every day, for work, education, and recreation with rarely any breaks in between. I followed your advice and went to try them both in person. I was especially uncertain about the Aeron size that would fit me at 185cm and 90kg. To my surprise, both Aeron sizes (B and C) could not fit me. Specifically, the space between armrests was not wide enough to have my elbows sitting straight down from my shoulders, and I was already feeling cramped after 10-15 minutes of sitting in the furniture store with shoulder pain setting in. The Embody on the other hand, with its big (and adjustable) armrest width and wide flat armrests didn't cause such an issue for me. I had watched and read tens and tens of reviews across the internet for both chairs (and even more for others) and it's beyond me that no review ever mentioned the problem of the spacing between armrests. I wasn't even aware that that could be an issue on a chair, let alone on the Aeron, given how adjustable and praised its armrests are and even more so compared to those of the Embody. I ended up buying the Embody Logitech edition online because I liked the looks and found it a bit cheaper than the standard Embody in the shop. I have it for 6 months with *extensive* daily use. It's worth every cent. It's the most comfortable chair I've ever had and even after such use I've never had a single issue in any way in terms of discomfort, pain, or construction quality/materials. This thing is built like a tank. And I love how it allows me to sit in less "correct" positions when I relax and watch a movie at the end of the day, which the Aeron can't do. The commonly reported noise of this chair hasn't been a concern at all BTW. Is it stealth-silent? No, it makes a "stretchy" sound if you move laterally, as the different backrest layers rub together. But then again every chair will creak a bit if you push it. Did I ever notice it making noise while I sit on it and work? Never, not once. Even when I'm not using my noise-canceling headphones, which I have on half the time anyway.
That chair is noisy as hell. To me the embody was a insta no buy due to the armrests, they are too far forward, i really don't know why they skipped the depth adjustment on that one.
It's because you are sitting in size B. I\ve felt the same way, I've chosen size C, as it felt having more space to lean, more like lounge feel. The mech on C is as well much more adjustable than size B.
I always loved the comfort vs. Steelcase but the armrests that moved when you move were a deal breaker for me. It continually caused my mouse to wiggle, and when gaming that movement would transfer down my arm.
My old workplace I sat on the Sayl for about 5 years. Really liked the chair apart from the lack of headrest which is super needed for such a low chair imo.. I sit in I guess a different variation in my new workplace and I hate it.. idk why
I have the Lino. I bought it refurbished but brand new in reality, and for the price (450€), I could'nt find anything better. And the chair is totally fine for me, it does the job.
google office furniture liquidation, there gotta be some sort of business around you that carries Aeron for under $200. I bought my wife and myself for $ 150 each from different cities years apart.
When I was looking for an office chair I bought 3 Herman Miller chairs, the big Aeron, the Embody and the Cosm. All three ended up going back because I , being 6’3 and 255lbs, couldn't for the life of me fit into any of them comfortably for a prolonged period of time. The Cosm was by far the worst, the Aeron being second, both of them created horrible pressure spots after even half an hour of sitting. The Embody was a bit better, but still created pressure spots on the edges of the seat on my thighs. Point being, no matter what you hear, see or read on the internet, if you're in any way bigger than the norm, make sure you can test and return the chair.
I think the Steelcase Leap v2 plus is probably the only high end office that will fit you perfectly, since you had issues with Embody seat edges which most people never complain about.
@@StardustLegacyFighter I ended up with the Steel Case Gesture which is a good fit, especially because the front part is soft, so even though my thighs technically are on the corners it's still comfortable. I considered the leap as well, but I don't remember what got me to chose the gesture over it tbh. It's overall a good chair and definitely better than anything I had before, but compared to Herman Miller the build quality is definitely worse
@@Asbu666 herman miller celle is a really great chair for bigger people too I've found, it's unfortunately harder to find though and can't get a brand new one
Have had an Embody for over a year now, yes it’s very comfy, but I’m always slipping to the front of the seat and It becomes so uncomfortable to be in. Also the armrests suck. Went to Milan showroom and finally had the chance to sit in the remastered Aeron, instantly felt in love with it and got one. My dad will be getting the Embody for his office
My first HM chair was the Mirra 1 which I really enjoyed due to the taller back, but it's also not as solid as the aeron. I haven't tried a Mirra 2, which seems to have reinforced the top of the back, which was the weak point. I daily drive a 2nd-hand classic aeron and I am mostly happy with it
i think the cosm nails the fact that you actually only need to rest your elbows on the armrests, at least that’s what I do. They should be more comfortable though :)
Thank you for this review, really very interesting and very well presented !!! In Belgium, it is difficult to find a Herman Miller dealer and they generally offer few models. 3 years ago, I wanted to buy a Herman Miller Aeron Remastered because it was "THE" star of office chairs. I was ready to buy it even without trying it because I thought that at this price, and with such a reputation, it must be the most comfortable chair in the world. However, I had the opportunity to do so and fortunately! I hated her! As explained in the video, the frame is really uncomfortable and presses on the back and legs. 5 minutes were enough to convince me that I will never buy it! Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to try the other Herman Miller chairs presented in the video because the models were not available. Today I have a Steelcase Leap V2 for 2 years and I love it! In summary, as other people have already said, the most important thing before buying a chair, even a reputable one, is to try it!
0:42 Aeron build quality and control apparently dropped, receiving two uneven chairs in a row. Always check that the seatpan is level with the floor when receiving them!
Build quality is still the best, but I do agree with the quality control standards dropping. I had a friend who ended up returning 2 Aerons back, he complained about a squeaky armrest and scratches on the backrest. I do think that any Herman Miller chairs manufacturered outside of the USA have way more quality control issues.
I have mirra 2 - it is NOT good. I sit in bad positions (slouch, feet on table etc) and it is uncomfortable. Cleaning the lint is a chore as well. I also wish it had a headrest/neck support. I wish I got the aeron or embody instead.
If Sayl had a more Mirra-like backrest shape it would be the perfect budget lovechild between the aeron and mirra. But I really dislike how the backrest now just goes inbetween my shoulders instead of supporting them.
I found the embody to be too hard in the backrest. I didn't have much time to test it out but not sure if this makes it a no buy considering that I will use it 10 hours a day
Do you guys have any opinion in how the HM Verus would compare to Steelcase Series 1? They are more or less the same price in my country. The other "budget" alternatives from other brands aren't available unfortunately.
You can find refurbished Aeron chairs for between $100-350. With my spine and hip issues I literally can't stand anything else. I'm 5'9" and I find the seat back and arms all just fine, the lumbar support doohicky is AMAZING.
Considering the price for just the used Aeron chairs in 200+ truckloads, cost on average $375 plus freight and packaging materials, the $100-$350 price is not refurbished or something I would recommend as a long term solution. You might find something private sale on Craigslist or FB for local pickup, but that’s a dice roll IMO -Greg
Funny enough I own a Lino Chair and an Aeron version 1 and I find myself using the Lino instead, I find it more comfortable in the butt, and very simple and straight froward, never had any complain with the Lino, the Aeron is big and bulky and I don't really use leaning or any of this other fancy functionality plust the mesh in the butt is great but the Lino is basically a bed.
Aside from the pain, if you still like the Aeron's adjustments, design and controls then you could just go for the far more comfortable remastered Aeron. If not, then you've still got plenty of other high end chairs to choose from.
Can you recommend a reputable company to buy used Herman Miller chairs? Looking for professionally cleaned and some type of guarantee/warranty that they are fully functional. Looking for a Mirra 2 (or Sayl), specifically. Any advice?
I'm trying to find a used herman miller celle, but they're so hard to find in my area, and the only ones you can get are from websites I don't want to entrust my business in. It's quite unfortunate because its such a comfortable chair from herman miller and I think ticks a lot of boxes especially for bigger people. I think one of the most underrated chairs out there
I looked at over 30 of your videos and on a few of them you give high ratings on the Herman Miller Aeron, the on the rest you say your not a fan of the seat. So, which is it? You do this to so many of same chairs you review. Just say which is a pos to buy and don't place them in another (review) video with other pos chairs and say they are good.
I bought a Mirra 2 butterfly like a month ago and my armrests are not soft at all. I would compare it to the eraser. Also found that the plastic cover above pistons feels super cheap and the front seat adjustment is noisy plastic. Except for these problems it is fantastic.
I find them to be more firm than the Aeron, but it's the shape which causes the problem for me. They're super nice to hold onto if you're just relaxing, but when I'm working I have to rest my elbows on them and that action makes them move around a lot.
Is there anything out there that is close to being a budget Cosm? I think that chairs exactly what I'm looking for but it's quite a ways out of my budget
@@btodtv I'm thinking on buying an Embody, but I saw some comments and also reviews of both chairs, and some people say that the Logitech one is a bit worse because of the sit foam. The original has more foam, so it's a bit more confortable. The only thing that is really missing on that model is a headrest. I will try to test them both in a store personally so I can see wich one fits me better. Thank you very much for your answer!
I am looking for an S/A comfort tier chair with great headrest, but Harman Miller seems to be weak in that area. I want to check the Steelcase chairs, but their shortened 5 year warranty to Europe is a joke. Any recommendations (or just mentions) other than those 2 high end brands? Great comparison of the Harman Miller models though!
Aeron is easily an A tier chair, especially if you like mesh and you can get an Atlas headrest to go with it. However, if you've tried it and still don't like it I recommend either the Haworth Fern or Humanscale Freedom.
I wish you got the Cosm with different arms as well, in all your reviews it brings it down while otherwise you seem to like it a lot. It makes deciding whether or not to pick it up almost impossible, most showroom pieces also have these weird arms.
I have the Cosm with fixed arms. I didn't like the leaf arms either, but it is by far the best looking HM chair, aside from their classic lines (Aluminum group and Executive chairs).
I've always been kind of skeptical of mesh chairs. I find them not that comfortable, in the same way that a hammock isn't as comfortable as vacation pics would have you believe.
You'll have to try them to believe it. Rather, you'll notice it on your butt. Also consider they have 12 year warranty, so if by any chance it breaks, it's replaceable. I'm 250bls and bought both Aeron and Embody (one for work and one for home). I don't even feel the mesh
Its hard to beat the top end Herman Miller chairs, but its very hard to justify the lower end ones as they are just far too expensive for what you are getting compared to just about every other basic office chair you can get out there.
i think all ergonomic chars are a ripoff. It still matters how you maintain your posture. We have herman miller's at work and I have another off-brand at home. Neither really makes a difference keeping my posture correct and preventing body aches at the end of the day. it's still better to get up every now and then. Bought another rolly chair with armrest and it's equally good at keeping my comfortable for a the short term.
I had lower back pain in 2016 from sitting 12hrs a day at a security job. I went to my local library and sat in the chairs there and I noticed no back pain. I found the model number on that chair a Herman Miller setu. I bought the most basic Herman Miller chair and I was able to sit again. That was my experience.
When I was 13 my mom got me this Italian gaming chair for 700$. I am 25 now and it still looks brand new and I love it! Indeed a good chair is an investment ❤
What size aeron do you have? I found an c size last week and for me, I'm 6,2" it's really supurb. That moving around i. Your chair is just nitty gritty. You should stand up every hour or so. A chair is made for sitting, not for moving around in. That's why we have s couch 😅😅
@@btodtv Actually, I've seen some dealers in the UK that offer the Sayl with an upholstered back. Not sure if it's an aftermarket thing they do or a special order from Herman Miller.
I actually prefer the firmer back and better lumbar on the Mirra 1. The fat people at my job make the mesh sag on the Aeron. I’m also on the taller side so the wider and taller back on Mirra is a no brainer.
Not in Europe, where they flat out reduced the warranty to 5 years and no longer allow free returns. It's only worth buying used outside of North America, which really sucks.
So hard to see how it would be worth it to spend that kind of money on just a chair! I guess if you're really rich and money wasn't an issue. But untill then... No way I'd spend that on a chair!
I'm not rich lol, but for me the Aeron was an investment for my back health. But you can get so many Herman Miller chairs for a lot less, if you get a refurbished one.
12 year warranty, I've not bought an expensive chair yet, but after using a £100 gaming chair which fell apart after 4 months I think a chair that will last 12 years (and some can even be found which can be dated to the 90s and still look good) is quite impressive. It's an investment I plan to use for almost as long as I've been alive so far, so for me 1 months wage for 12+ years of back health and aesthetics (as i am looking at the cosm with the beautiful leaf arms, maybe the embody) isn't too bad. It's like £1100 or $1300 equivalent for the full package on it. It will be literally the most expensive thing I've ever bought however at literally 4x what I paid for my car lol. So it better be good for that price. Going off reviews it should be though.
why the fek do people pay over a thousand dollars are such uncomfortable chairs? it doesnt matter how "ergonomic" it may be, its not as comfortable as my plush fake suede sub $200 chair from a nobody brand. why? whys it so hard to find a chair with fancy features and adjustments and is also soft and comfy?
1600 for a chair is just silly, especially since anyone with a brain is using some version of a standing desk now. I mean it’s about to be 2023 is anybody really sitting in a chair for 8 or 10 hours a day now?
Someone retired and left a Herman Miller earon in my office. I swapped chairs as soon as I realized no one sits there. The chair is definitely comfortable.
Lucky for you! Enjoy. - RG

@@alexworm1707 Interesting. Your input compared to mine really goes to show how important it is to try before you buy..!
@@alexworm1707 Even the Aeron is a bit noisy, but it's only a problem if you're moving around too much imo.
I unknowingly used a HM chair for about a year. I can’t really say there was a major difference
Did you try it to other models? Thinking in buying my staff HM chairs. But well Aeron and Mirra are mostly reviewed
@@freedonx Can't go wrong with either of those amazing chairs tbh.
@@StardustLegacyFighter right...however damn, much more expensive than Lino or Verus chairs. Want to buy 3 for my employees
@@freedonx If budget is a factor, then you're still going to get good quality chairs if you get the Lino tbh.
I'm not sure about the Verus tbh.
The Funny thing is the adjustable armrest in Cosm is actually better than on all HM chairs for my taste. Glad I tried versions before buying.
It does feel a lot more like the ones you find on the Leap v2, but a lot less soft imo.
i have had both Aeron and Mirra chairs and respect them, for me though, my go to chair is a Hag Sofi 7500.
google office furniture liquidation, there gotta be some sort of business around you that carries Aeron for under $200.
Heard Fern is a good option too
@@Asbu666 Glad to hear the Gesture fits you, but from what I've heard the build quality is on par with Herman Miller. What makes you say otherwise?
I have an og fully loaded mirra 1 from 2015. It's wonderful.
Don't sleep on the Celle. On the cheaper side, but it might be my favorite Herman Miller
My dad will be getting the Embody for his office
lower your desk or get a foot rest and you wont be sliding anywhere
I got the Mirra 2 and mann no regreattt, i prefer it over the Aeron after trying both
My first HM chair was the Mirra 1 which I really enjoyed due to the taller back, but it's also not as solid as the aeron. I haven't tried a Mirra 2, which seems to have reinforced the top of the back, which was the weak point. I daily drive a 2nd-hand classic aeron and I am mostly happy with it
Mirra 2 is a great chair, but the seat mesh might not be for everyone.
i think the cosm nails the fact that you actually only need to rest your elbows on the armrests, at least that’s what I do. They should be more comfortable though :)
The leaf arm rests are just not compatible with office desks, they are more suited for a conference room tbh.
Thanks for sharing. It looks like you've been subscribed for 3 years, so hopefully we helped you find that perfect chair :) -GK
@@btodtv Definitely :D
0:42 Aeron build quality and control apparently dropped, receiving two uneven chairs in a row. Always check that the seatpan is level with the floor when receiving them!
Build quality is still the best, but I do agree with the quality control standards dropping. I had a friend who ended up returning 2 Aerons back, he complained about a squeaky armrest and scratches on the backrest. I do think that any Herman Miller chairs manufacturered outside of the USA have way more quality control issues.
Did you buy it from a non-authorized reseller like Madison Seating or an office surplus store?
@@Nersius I think he's talking about brand new ones tbh.
your sound is soothing.
I have mirra 2 - it is NOT good. I sit in bad positions (slouch, feet on table etc) and it is uncomfortable. Cleaning the lint is a chore as well. I also wish it had a headrest/neck support. I wish I got the aeron or embody instead.
its an ergonomic chair, you are meant to sit properly...
The other "budget" alternatives from other brands aren't available unfortunately.
what's best one for 5 foot 6 if willing to spend 600 or less
You can find refurbished Aeron chairs for between $100-350. With my spine and hip issues I literally can't stand anything else. I'm 5'9" and I find the seat back and arms all just fine, the lumbar support doohicky is AMAZING.
Considering the price for just the used Aeron chairs in 200+ truckloads, cost on average $375 plus freight and packaging materials, the $100-$350 price is not refurbished or something I would recommend as a long term solution. You might find something private sale on Craigslist or FB for local pickup, but that’s a dice roll IMO -Greg
@@btodtv I'm guessing he's referring to the none remastered version. those can be found for closer to $300-500 range.
@@MrEL91NI found a remastered version for $400. Dude has like 6 of them
@@UlyssesM really? what sort of condition were they in and what state are you in?
Funny enough I own a Lino Chair and an Aeron version 1 and I find myself using the Lino instead, I find it more comfortable in the butt, and very simple and straight froward, never had any complain with the Lino, the Aeron is big and bulky and I don't really use leaning or any of this other fancy functionality plust the mesh in the butt is great but the Lino is basically a bed.
Just get the Aeron! 😊
I have an Aeron classic and it's so painful, I'm not really sure what I should get instead
I think one of the most underrated chairs out there
And sucks they discountinued them
weird question, for the apron , being you're in like a hammock at the chair base, are one's balls likely to be uncomfortable ?
I looked at over 30 of your videos and on a few of them you give high ratings on the Herman Miller Aeron, the on the rest you say your not a fan of the seat. So, which is it? You do this to so many of same chairs you review. Just say which is a pos to buy and don't place them in another (review) video with other pos chairs and say they are good.
There is different aeron, the classic and remastered. The classic has the annoying padding on the front of the seat.
They're super nice to hold onto if you're just relaxing, but when I'm working I have to rest my elbows on them and that action makes them move around a lot.
what about HERMAN MILLER SETU CHAIR looks like a nice chair?
Thank you! 💖
Is there anything out there that is close to being a budget Cosm? I think that chairs exactly what I'm looking for but it's quite a ways out of my budget
What is your opinion on the Herman Miller Embody Logitech?
Honestly, pretty similar to the original Embody, just feels a bit softer to sit in -GK
If you get a chance to try them in person that is definitely the way to go! How tall are you? -GK
@@btodtv I'm 5'9. There's a store reletively close to my house that sells Herman Miller chairs. I will try them there!
How did you make the video coming so silky at 0:23?
I wish you got the Cosm with different arms as well, in all your reviews it brings it down while otherwise you seem to like it a lot. It makes deciding whether or not to pick it up almost impossible, most showroom pieces also have these weird arms.
I have the cosm mid back with the ajustable arms (not leaf arm like in the video) at work, I really love it personally.
you should mention how much you weigh so we can have some guidance on the softness vs hardness of the seat
Can you please recommend cushions for Mirra?
No
I have the Cosm with fixed arms.
Sayl has a forward tilt
If you call Herman Miller's customer service the CEO Andi Owen will tell you to leave Pity City.
i think all ergonomic chars are a ripoff.
Standing desk.
Very good review 👏👏👏👏

I used a mirra 1 at work and it is horrible. The back is basically just a plastic slab. Not worth its inflated price at all.
I actually prefer the firmer back and better lumbar on the Mirra 1. The fat people at my job make the mesh sag on the Aeron. I’m also on the taller side so the wider and taller back on Mirra is a no brainer.
So even herman miller's products are all compromised by goofy design flaws... no wonder I can't decide on a new chair
Steelcase!

The hard edges are very very bad. Dont buy them with hard edges.

Look clean, not that comfortable.
Its called Health issue. I've been using one for 1 month and my back is way better
