Hi Dave, I think k the timings are going to be hit and miss. I'm expecting to leave Knutsfird services between 12.30 and 1p.

If you search Dave Dat on FB the route is there but basically London to Barrow on motorway until it gets to the Barrow turnoff on the M6.
