@martinmovies999 not unless you're very clumsy! lol. The oil will only ignite if it heats up to a high temperature. The chances are that the flame of your gas hob sits above where any splashed oil will gather so won't heat up enough.
To be fair, he does a bit. He started off pretty well and then descended into being slightly Jamaican.

@waywardbard about 170-180 degrees celcius. That way you get a golden breadcrumb but it still cooks the sausage meat right through!
When I am watching this we are knocking on the door of 2022. Wow! You guys are killing it. I have to say when I saw the beginning my mind took me to the 2 fat ladies cooking show. I loved that show and I absolutely love your show.
