    This isn’t about a hip but I hope you can give a suggestion. So, back in 1999 I had a fall, falling on my shoulder and probably my hole arm. The pain has been getting worse and worse. Then 2 years ago I started complaining of the distal bicep hurting. So, every time I complain of pain I would point to my shoulder and then point to the distal bicep. So, one surgeon got an mri of my shoulder and said I need a distal clavicle resection after seeing an mri and an X-ray. I have never gotten an mri of the distal bicep. One surgeon said I could be compensating for the pain in my shoulder shoulder. Another said maybe impingement. Well I had the surgery on the shoulder but the pain in the distal bicep still hurts. So, I was wondering, should I listen to other people and the hope is as my shoulder heals then my bicep will feel better. The surgery was June 13. Or should someone be getting an MRI and seeing what’s going on with the e bicep

    My right hip has given me so much pain since a off road motorcycle accident years ago, where I landed on my hip with my bike which is a 81 Yamaha TT500 not a very light bike ,but this pain has been ongoing for over a decade to the point I cannot lay on that side without the pain waking me up stretching helps a little,I'm going to try these exercises
    I've seen doctors and they cannot see anything other than inflammation in the joint,so what's causing the inflammation? that's my question..

    Dr. Jo, I seam to be having an overall inflammation I have never had before. My fingers and toes are swelling up, can you recommend any diet changes, ect? (I burnt my knuckle about 6 months ago and that seemed to trigger it all)

    Dr. Jo, would you recommend this for someone that has one hip that needs to be replaced or is it better to not do much with that hip? 🤷🏻‍♀️

      Stretching and strengthening a joint that needs to be replaced often helps with the recovery afterwards. The stronger and more flexible before, the better the recovery.
