Hey just want to Shout Out!!!!,, Thank you, I’ve been doing these movements first thing in the morning for the past couple weeks and I’m feeling much less lower back pain❤️, The one movement were we are on all fours and raising our leg to the air ,I feel as though really does the trick for me. It’s almost like I can feel the tendons from my toe to the middle of my thigh moving back-and-forth,👍 it’s the strangest feeling. Almost like there’s tightness internally that it is loosening up😃🦵❤️❤️❤️

I have Forward Listhesis in L 3 and Backward Listhesis in L 4 and stenosis too in L 3 and L 4 due to this i have pain in my both the hips and radiating pain in back of right thigh and in right calve while am walking! I tried all the stretching exercises but to no avail. I am distressed plz give your suggestions and save my soul!🙏

Therapeutic exercises can be done 1-3 times a day.
