I was doing your exercises on a pulled groin a few weeks ago and it helped me A LOT its not completely gone though since I've stopped but I will start doing them again because there's a small area right between the groin and my right thigh, so keeping that in mind i need to do these knee pain relief exercises because my knees hurt so much mainly from being a shut in for so long and i can't sit properly because it hurts when my knees are bent. So my question is can i combine all these exercises or would it be to much for my body to handle? So sorry for writing so much
Tried these thanks. The lunge kind of hurt so I had to go less down and line that foot up right. I've been working out so I'm starting to think maybe I overworked or pulled something earlier this week. Enjoying ur channel and ur dog is cute!

Legs are all stiff from asthma meds. My plop muscles can get down to a 45° angle, butt out just before I plop on the couch. Good idea to hold onto something. Could of fallen sideways. I was wondering what easy things I can do before I go mow and whack weeds. Thank you Joe.

hi dr Jo, is ladies who has diastis rectis more than 2 fingers 8 months postnatal (cesarian) allowed to do weightlifting or any type of cross training or just consider mat pilates only , especially if they havent been training regularly even before pregnancy? thanks
