    I discovered Dr Jo three years ago when I had meniscus operation and I always come back to her whenever I feel any back/neck/leg pain... So I'm here saying thank you and my dogs say HI back! 😉

      @@mariamalvavisco Yes! Cut number of migraines and stiff necks in half almost immediately. Did every day for 2 weeks. Then 3 times a week for a couple of months. Now don’t need to do the exercises at all.

    Good tips , I do half of what you showed . I rotate my neck, arms & shoulders .

    Dr. Jo. I've been doing your neck pain relief videos on and off. I have osteoarthritis, stenosis in my neck and some disc problems. I wanted to know your opinion about seeking chiropractic Care. I've been to a orthopedic surgeon and all they want to do is epidurals and cortisone shots, which I refused. thank you for your great videos and if you have any other advice for me that would be lovely. bless you

      You're welcome. If you can go see a physical therapist, even if it's just for one or two sessions, hopefully they would be able to help you build a program that would work best for you.

    My knee socket suddenly moved from its place to left side for a sec by mistake and now it is on its place
    But it hurts when I am walking ,
