    MAN...this worked for me straight away.
    I've have shocking pain in the last few weeks and it's at its worst when I play guitar.
    I'd just tried playing about half an hour before I watched this.
    I did the exercises along with the video, and then went straight back to my guitar and the pain was almost completely gone instantly.
    I can't believe it!

      Hey man is it gone completely, i injured my thumb while playing volleyball although I don't have any problem playing guitar

      ​@@Sidguru101 Yeah, it worked straight away. I completely forgot all about it til now seeing your message.
      But I should point out that I didn't injure my thumb by doing anything specific. it just slowly started aching.
      If you injured it from volleyball, and the video didn't help, it's very likely something that a professional needs to look at.
      I hope you live in a country with universal health care.

    Wish I knew About this decades ago! I’ve been a massage therapist for 25 years and my thumbs an d hands really, are done I think. Just barely in time for my new career.

    Thank you so much. Truly. I played videogames all my life the 2nd joint in my right thumb always gets stiff. Now with these I can loosen it up.

      Its not a second joint, that is a myth. its “Hyper Mobility.” But they call it “Double Jointed.”

    Brilliant set of exercises. I started right away and having suffered with very painful thumbs for a couple of years, they felt much stronger and more comfortable after only 2 sessions! Thank you SO much! 😊

    Thank you… ❤ Magically put an end to my wrist pain…. The tendon in my elbow snapped back after I did the tumb up and down…. Put an end to my lost of power and pain in my tumb and wrist movement, which initially caused by barbel twisting…😂😅

    Thanks so much my doctor didn’t give me any excersise and it ended up making my thumb grow back weird, this should help my thumb get back to normal

    Tanky sis,,,saya itu pedagang jadi sering sakit kaki dan pantat krn kebayakan jalan dan agkat barang meski barang itu gak berat tapi ngevek ketulang dan tiso hari dipijit sendiri jadi kedua jempol kaya dividio sakit banget ngikutin ini dmoga i i jalan kluar dari kesakitan karn sudah dua bulan

    Tried this once and seemed to calm down. I'll continue to do it every 12 hours or so and hopefully after a week I'm hoping this will help

    I can actually disclocate my right thumb joint for few seconds and got it back with no Hurt, or after few tries maybe little hurts. I think I Just Born with it beacuse I dont remember to Hurt my thumb in any way.

    Sooo.... will this ease the pain the make the joint more flexible? How do I know if I have osteoarthritis of carpometacarpal thumb joint and not just strained it? I slipped with all the weight on my hand a few months back and hurt this joint. I hurt for a couple weeks.. and then was all OK since then. But a couple days ago its really stiff and hurts to move it again. I hope it's the muscles and not more serious. Thanks. I will keep doing your exercises and see if it improves.

    Dear GWH,
    I injured my thumb MCP joint two weeks ago and the joint still seems inflamed.
    I have 90-95% mobility, can grip hard, but it is definitely soar and I have trouble using my thumb to push buttons.
    The joint hurts if I try to resist moving the outer joint of my thumb toward my middle finger, and it specifically hurts on the side of the joint furthest from my index finger when in the hand-shake position.
    Should I immobilize it to prevent issues in the future, or will immobilizing it reduce future mobility?
    Expected heel time?

      @@vaishnavimishra3809 -joint is still not right? MCP joint closer to the base of thumb is seems to get inflamed easily.
