    Radhe radhe . I am watching your HUMYOG PROGRAME. I am 76 and beside walking for 20 30 minutes I am doing all these yoga exercises daily but now have osteoarthritis knee problem but still do and keeping my self active. One request to you and all who come on youtube for health they should tell about the age also. Thanks.

    Jai Jinendra really appreciate each n every exercise. I really felt that I m doing exercise very methodically Some exercise I couldn’t do because of knees operated I took a knee pad and than tried I m quite positive that after 15 days I will be able to do it I am just 72 years old . So yoga is must
