Years ago I had read in the newspapers about the tragic incident in the Sadanah family. So when I saw the caption of this interview, for 3-4 days I didn't want to view it as I dreaded going back to the incident. I felt I wouldn't be able to bear the grief. OMG, what a handsome respectful personality.. what a impressive process to deal with all negativity, he himself is a didactic, enlightening story.. Today's youth learn from him, how one should handle and live life with positive beautiful smile, so much regards to Kamal ji and thanks so much to siddharth ji for this podcast
I am from Pakistan based in US and grew up in Dubai watching Indian movies. I must say your show is very very different as it touches the actor and you as a host both personally and professionally so much so that even we as watchers remember our moments connected to each one of the actors reminding our times and feeling around this or that actor while remembering watching their movies. Your taking back in time is truly genuine and from the heart. Some of it is so much history that what is not supposed to be said on camera at that time is now easily declassified for us to know realise and learn from it as we all in our fields have done something similar if not different.
He is an inspiration to many I feel .. he had gone through a lot when he was in his teens and how he managed to bounce back in his life at such young age is highly commendable 👏👏👏
I think of this man and all he underwent at such a tender young age, subjecting him to too much loss, grief, rage and then surviving just with oneself… he has healed beautifully❤❤❤
This was indeed a heart to heart conversation and connection ❤ It takes immense strength to be in pain and yet have that lovely smile on the face all your life 🙏❤️🙏

Divya Bharti's name was a click bait I think but watching this interview was worth every minute. Such an engaging interview & what an exceptional guy Kamal is.
He is so grounded, honest, humble. You amaze me Kamal Sadannah, such a troubled and messed up youth and yet how you steered your life after that. And how you are trying to give such a different life to your children. You are an inspiration. Lots of blessings & good wishes for you and your family❤
What a brilliant interview! ONLY Mr.Siddharth Kannan can bring out the best of the person he is interviewing. This is an incredible skill.More so, because we get to see such an inner core of the personalities we see on screen.
Kamal ji is a very strong and an adorable human being, I only watched his movie back in 90s and didn't know anything else till date but after seeing this interview i really got impressed by his simplicity, down to earth nature and positivity, may God bless him and always keep him strong and wonderful the way he is, love you lots Kamal ji❤
This man seems to be the chosen one. I'm no expert and don't know him personally, but it seems like his psyche has deliberately blocked out the traumatic death of his family. It's not that easy otherwise to move on the way Kamal's done with his intellect, and zest for life still intact. The most important thing is that his experiences haven't turned him bitter at all. May he be peaceful all his life!
The way Kamala's eyes welled up at the instance and thought of his mother...it was heart wrenching. Truly, mothers never die in a child's soul. They are always there. ❤
Thanks for this interview. We knew the tragic unfortunate incident what Mr. Kamal Sadanah had gone through. We pray he be happy & blessed in rest of his life & God forbid not other person should face this trauma.I watched Movie Rang & Listen Songs on cassette tape. One of the Early 90'S Musical blockbuster. Thanks Siddharth Sir for bringing nostalgic happy moments in our lives.
I have seen many videos of the podcast with Siddharth...have seen him evolve as a good interviewer...this interview touched my heart...Siddharth, you make your guests comfortable , then you make them vulnerable, then you give them the positive wishes which they require so much...hats off to you Siddharth❤❤ Todays interview was very emotional and lovely, love you Kamal❤
My favorite episode of all time on Sid bro’s channel. Kamal bhai is such a rockstar. For those of us growing up as pre-teens/teens in the 90s, the songs of Rang were such a rage. Kamal bhai was that handsome hunk, little did one know then what all that man has gone through. Lots and lots of hugs bhai, keep shining. Back to back fantastic convo after the one with Varun Badola bro, he is another legit star..
Your instinct of Kamal ji playing a bigger role in life is true as anyone going or gone through a rough phase in life will find nothing but inspiration and strength watching this touching interview. It was good to see Kamal ji smiling, may he continue to receive all the happiness, love and peace that he so much deserves.
Excellent.....The questions respected the sentiments of the interviewee....and ...Kamal spoke from the heart. Nothing fake about the whole interview. . Kudos.
This has got to be the most wholesome beautiful interview of an actor I ve ever seen 🙏 And Kamal Sadanah s eyes when he smiles through the tears. Peek into the purity of soul 🙏
Thanks for bringing us these celebrities from the 90s…we get a chance to see them up close and personal…..I never knew anything about him, but as Siddharth Kannan said, God saved him so many times because he definitely has a higher purpose to serve….He’s such a gentle and well spoken man and comes across as a wonderful human being….the way he’s endured the trauma in his life and yet remained positive is an inspiration for all of us…may he continue to inspire everyone around him with his positivity and goodness…
Our childhood hero...☺️ It was a time when an actor/actress used to be the face of the particular song and He was so famous with the song 'Dil cheer ke dekh Tera hi naam hoga' from the movie 'Rang' 🙌 He had a nice chemistry with the One & only Divya Bharti in Rang. Handsomely cute guy 😅 His way of conducting himself, his words, the way he put his thoughts across spoke his wisdom, life experiences and I could easily resonate with him...on the highs & lows of life...even spiritually. Much RANG to Kamal, Sid and everyone's life 🌈
Just amazed to learn how a human being is tried in such a horrific manner and still evolves into a great person . Hats off to Kamal, honestly this interview brought tears in my eyes & was touched by both of your personalities Siddharth & Kamal.
One of the best chat.... Kamal is so humane .I can relate to him as I also had a traumatic experience and found solace in AOL....Can relate to his pain and anguish.... Sidharth you too such a pure soul
He’s so well spoken and likeable. It’s hard to believe how much sorrow he has been through, yet he remains so positive with no bitterness at all. Bless him.
People who go through sorrow end up becoming amazing human beings. Probably that’s the reason why God allows us to go through pain in the first place.

It's very interesting. He was really very popular those days and very cute too. Plz call Priyanshu Chatterjee also.
One of the best interview. Very heart breaking and soulful. Thank you.
One of the most beautiful genuine chat ever… just loved it. Was a bit emotional at times too.
What a heart wrenching chat …All the best kamal❤❤❤❤
One of your best Chats. He is so polished and Gentlemen. Simply loved the interview. Such a good soul and God bless him
Beautiful interview. I always admired Kamal and how gracefully he opened up here. He is a true hero and will surely continue to have an impact on the world. Very inspiring personality. Thank you for presenting❤
Never saw his films but He looks much more handsome now then earlier such a strong individual looking absolutely dashing better than Shahrukh etc
Why do you guys compare so quickly?
He is good and so are others
Finally finally finally 😍😍😍😍 kamal sadanah talk about divyaaa 😍😍😘😘 divya mam and kamal sir my most fav jodi 💖💖💖
Kudos Siddharth for getting these actors and as a host I love how you don’t interrupt any of your guests. Loved every bit of it
Omg thank you sir for kamal interview, miss diviya barthi ❤, kamal is such a humble person ❤
I'm from UK and want to say, great show and what a great positive man.
Down- to - Earth and equally Handsome. The tragic trauma Kamal experience made him how is now. One of the bestest of best inter I have seen.
Very very emotional and honest interview.
God bless you both !
One of your best interviews Siddharth!! I had NO idea of Kamal’s life incidents. My utmost respect for him- he is truly a hero!!!
Maa ki jaghe koi nai lesatka duniya mai. See how he just teared up with just her name. Maa ka pyar duniya mai sabse upar hai❤
Very happy to see Kamal coming out so strong.. God bless
Loved this interview! So humble and genuine. Great seeing Kamal after decades!
I have seen many videos of the podcast with Siddharth...have seen him evolve as a good interviewer...this interview touched my heart...Siddharth, you make your guests comfortable , then you make them vulnerable, then you give them the positive wishes which they require so much...hats off to you Siddharth❤❤
Todays interview was very emotional and lovely, love you Kamal❤
I never knew you went thought so much. I lost my nephew few years ago and so hurt that can't come out of it. I have to give you credit. Out of words
What a resiliant and honest humanbeing .kudos .
He is so composed and calm, for someone who has gone through so much grief. He talks with so much ease. Hope he heals completely.❤
Finally!
Thanks for bringing Kamal sir.
I remember the incident couldn't believe it at the time.He is still handling the pain you can tell when he is talking.the emotion is still there.
Sad but he has worked hard to reach this level. After his parents demise he has still stood up on his own is a great challenge
Our childhood hero...☺️
It was a time when an actor/actress used to be the face of the particular song and He was so famous with the song 'Dil cheer ke dekh Tera hi naam hoga' from the movie 'Rang' 🙌 He had a nice chemistry with the One & only Divya Bharti in Rang.
Handsomely cute guy 😅
His way of conducting himself, his words, the way he put his thoughts across spoke his wisdom, life experiences and I could easily resonate with him...on the highs & lows of life...even spiritually.
Much RANG to Kamal, Sid and everyone's life 🌈
He held it together throughout the entire interview but "MA" ka naam aatey hee ....❤😊
Sid,you made me emotional, the way you concluded ,lots of blessings ,keep growing❤
I cried so many times while watching this but good to see him evolve into sucha good human being!❤
Just amazed to learn how a human being is tried in such a horrific manner and still evolves into a great person .
