Dear Madam, I followed this session and practised OT for 3 to 4 days and really it gave me a great relief. I have pain in elbows, scapula, legs mainly duets blood circulation problem. There is swelling on my legs and hands. Legs swell and pain when I drive and arms, elbows when I work on laptop. Please suggest some exercises for me
