Ole?🤔 Not wanting to be rude or anything but you must be saying this because she made "Mexican inspired" but just fyi, no Mexican ever says "olé." That is something that is only used at the bullfights at the moment the bull charges and the bullfighter teases the bull with the red cape. Other than that, which is something most people don't agree with, the "word" is not used.
I'm afraid of that, too. When I make what we call bubble up pizza,I use the little can bisquits that Kroger sells. They're tiny little bisquits, but work much better.
I've seen several channels with this type of cooking. The colorful placemat, the processed ingredients the vertical screen... many of their titles claim they learned that particular recipe in the south, in New York, in Maine, etc.
Needs onions, peppers, garlic, frajita spices minimum girl! That dish could be turned into a masterpiece with less dough and more ingredients that are healthier and just not bloat. That is a great start though.
It's not Mexican at all, as Mexicans would never make a casserole with biscuits but to her credit, she did say "Mexican inspired" so she knows it's not real.

This looks really awesome and will try it.
Always the best idea Justine
Yum, yum, yum ❤️😋😋
Sounds so delicious! I will try this. Great job as always 😊
I like the biscuits a little more, crisp on top. Also I would of added some chili peppers or jalapeños on there mixed in! 😃
Yes. I would've doctored it up with onion penos. But has a solid base to it. But all recipes are like that.
The biscuits won't crisp up easily because they're wet with sauce and the cheese was on top. They weren't directly under the heat.

@@kims1941 how would you know that? I know what my co-workers like. I’ve been feeding them for years. I’d have to make one chicken and one ground beef

@@Karen-yv9xo Wow, I'm sorry you were triggered.
I will be making this on the weekend
I love this recipe. It would also be good with shredded beef for enchiladas. Yum
lol. Yes I did notice you said Tillamook correctly. 😂. Great job! Yes they make the best cheese butter and ice cream!! Marionberry ice cream. Yummo!
@ladonna, I'll never forget Rachel Ray pronouncing it wrong which surprised me that her " people " hadn't told her how to say it ... 😆
Hey Justine's kitchen 😊👋
That looks great! I would put cilantro on top,and sour cream! I’ll do it your way first, of course. Your such a good cook, my friend ❤😊
Taco meat would be awesome added to this. Top off with tomatoes, lettuce, jalapeños, onion. Thank for idea. Looks tasty❤️💯💐🙏🏻
🎉🎉❤
Super,,!?,😅
I thought that dough was chicken in the picture before ai watched the video!
Looks good
I’d add some green onions and maybe sour cream and a healthy amount of El Yucateco habanero sauce.
I’m going to add some black olives and some sour cream 😊

Yes, Mexican food is but this isn't Mexican.
I totally disagree" you can't get more Mexican than that!!!!

Aren't the biscuits doughy cooked that way? Just asking ?
I'm afraid of that, too. When I make what we call bubble up pizza,I use the little can bisquits that Kroger sells. They're tiny little bisquits, but work much better.
Yes, because of the moisture. Also they are not directly under the heat- the cheese is.
Looks good but want crispy biscuits they will be soggy underneath.
Not to be mean but you remind me of Charles Parks cooking videos.

Good flavor but bisquits are gooey and raw. Maybe next time i will try to put chicken and enchilada sauce in first. Then biscuits and cheese
There was NO seasoning in the shredded chicken ! HOW can this be good?
@kitcat, go back & listen. She said she had seasoned it. Remember she has said one can always adjust her recipes. 😉
@@sherriforeman8953 well ok then, but it would be nice for her to tell everyone what seasonings she used to make it "good."
You don't need the biscuits at all. I make this without and it is just as good.
It looks easy and good…. However, I’m not sure that this is Mexican food… 🤷🏻♀️
It's not Mexican at all, as Mexicans would never make a casserole with biscuits but to her credit, she did say "Mexican inspired" so she knows it's not real.

But it is a nice Mexican inspired casserole! It looks delicious. Thanks!
She said "Mexican inspired" because of the enchilada sauce and cheese, I guess.
Biscuits are not Mexican. Maybe tasty… I don’t know.
Very basic. Needs more enhancement both inside and on top.
Have you made it?
