Always looking for Tailgate, RVing and easy group breakfast ideas. These will all work out really well. I can see all these with a big fruit salad, homemade salsa and even a green salad if it’s brunch. Thanks for the ideas!

I am 68 yrs old and did all my own cooking and baking from scratch. Now I have spinal stenosis and live in continuous pain daily. Preparing a meal has become a nightmare. So i do look for easy meals but try to make them healthy. If i am having a good day i try to make a stew, soup or roast. Something that i can get a couple meals out of. Hubby does not cook at all so he is no help in the kitchen but does help with clean up. Most of the prepackaged food are not so good for us. But sometimes we just have to. So i can appreciate these recipes. Thank you

Thanks for your comments it made me feel less than by myself, I am married to my husband going on 30 yrs(my 1st m didn't last beyond 5 yrs) I literally have lived most of my life in pain since I was 5 yrs old and looking back it was as if I had to wait for the medical field had to catch up, and I don't know how long or far it was until you had your diagnosis ie: The Stenosis and what Specialist you might be being treated but, I will skip ahead tell you what I get for the times that I am locked down with Horrible Spasm Attacks, and it is with the Delta 8/9 CBD Edibles and in the beginning I purchased locally in Tx and it was just CBD , for me it was some time until I came across a Co "The Hemp Dr" and was located in Mooresville , NC. In the beginning I purchased regularly and tried different products and about 6 mos in their Delta 8/9 Edibles were great specifically if you happen to want to give this a go for me due to the progression of my multiple Disabilities have taken my household duties especially cooking you rarely will witness me cooking, so My husband when he gets home from work we'll this is when I eat. And I don't eat a lot or even a regular meal , between he and I we collectively try to buy a few meals that only need to be microwaved. This helps I pray that you are in a good pain management MD practice. Best of luck and God Bless.

My husband has severe stenosis. I’m courious since so many people are afflicted with this. Did you drink lots of carbonated drinks? Because he’s has. They say it’s hereditary but none of his family has had this issue.

@@TerriCurtis-s9t I did start drinking a diet cola in my late 40s to replace the caffeine from coffee. I find the caffeine helps my pain medicine work faster. I am the only one in my family that has spinal stenosis my doctors say spinal stenosis usually occurs in the elderly. My stenosis started in my early 30s and no matter what I did it just got worse and worse. I have tried CBD oils I have tried therapy and I have tried spine injections. Nothing works for this disease

Cheese is not good for us but they keep pushing it in us. For most of us it is the cause of high mucous levels in the lungs.

Now I know how to use all of these things from a box. Semi home made is nice, especially if there isn't much time in the morning. Beats cold cereal, and economical too.

Look again! They're not the same recipes. But these are 'breakfast recipes." Essentially the base ingredients for an American breakfast is bacon or sausage, eggs, cheese, toast or a biscuit. Go Justine! You know the assignment. I think some people might need to view the overnight oat videos.... 😂 They seem so miserable and fiber might help.🎉🎉❤

Did you know that some tarter control toothpastes can make the skin around the mouth slough and peel? It can be painful. Some people have toothpaste allergies, too. Absolutely great recipe.❤️❤️
