I like the recpies Justine makes and I like her presentation. I do substitute out some things, but overall, her recipes give me ideas each week. She seems like a nice person. I can't imagine how difficult and time-consuming it is to be a vlogger. I appreciate her work on these videos. I see other people doing exactly what she is doing, but very few people being so critical with them. Not sure why so many of her videos trigger such feedback. Thank you, Justine, for doing these videos. I appreciate your related time and effort. Not every recipe will work out or be a hit, just like they aren't for all of us.
Most TH-cam cooks I watch are not afraid, embarrassed or self conscious to say, "Hey guys, this isn't so good, maybe I should have done this or that instead". But Justine always says her completed dish is PURRFEECT! That is the problem. Be honest with your followers. I can't afford to buy her expensive ingredients, follow her directions and having the dish turn out horrible! Like, I know that pasta was not done. You could tell.
Thank-you Lois Hunt, Those are the exact words that I could not express.....that is exactly her problem. Everything is not perfect, beautiful etc.on and on.
Too much criticism!! JUSTINE DOES A GREAT JOB! Critical minded people make the world so much harder to live in. Love this recipe. I might just add a bit of Oregano to the ricotta cheese. Yummy!!
You mean saying that it needs water in it, is so devastatingly mean and makes the entire world harder to live in. Come on you are way too critical, you've brought the world to a new low..
Since when is trying to help someone considered criticizing ?? She is a darling young woman with a heart of gold. What sin is it when reaching out to share expertise in order to help another? Hmmm? 🤔
I love how people complain recipes are too complicated, but then try to complicate things when you give them an easy recipe. Like just try it or don’t, but stop hating on this poor girl.
@@joanrossano9107, in many of her other videos, people are VERY critical of her even down to her voice. Alot of people have nothing better to do ... 😡
Looks awesome. I was surprised that you didn't add any garlic or herbs in the ziti too😊👍... I like to slice my bread into slices better now so that I can get even MORE of that yummy butter all over it😁
10 more minutes and you could have pasta that isn't sticky and gummy. Oh, I realize she didn't SAY it was sticky and gummy........But anyone who's ever tried to do it this way knows it was. But, I'm guessing it's not about the cooking results here. It's about the clicks.

This recipe might be easier if you put one jar of the marinara sauce on the bottom, and then instead of stirring, drizzled the second jar over the top.
That's crap I cook pasta in sauce all the time with lasagna, manicotti and several other things and have been for over 45 years ,and it always Cooks all the way through.
I would love to share my lifetime of Italian cooking experience with you. Only say the word and I will happily forward to you my expertly written Italian family recipes. The only problem is…you actually have to really, actually COOK. Slicing. Chopping. Basting. Frying. Boiling. The works. What do you say? It’s an opportunity for growth that will help you to evolve as a cook.
I would love to learn more like that! I have been cooking lately with cleaner, fresher ingredients and going away from processed foods. I would love to have a great tomato sauce that would be delicious and versatile! I make my fettuccine Alfredo with butter, parm, and a bit of pasta water. So good! I am learning to make my own bread, and I want to get a pasta roller to make my own with semolina flour. Is that the correct flour to use? Anyway, have a great day, and even if you do not reply, I wish you many more years of wonderful cooking and happiness.
Make sure you spread the cheese out nice and pretty, then mix it all up so there was no reason for it! Also I would’ve cooked the pasted a little first, I also don’t get the point of the holes in the middle of the bread.
That pasta wasn’t cooked all the way hence the cut in the video as she began biting down. She spit it out during the cut and then acted like she was swallowing after the cut when it came back on. She makes these “un done” pasta dishes to get us all talking in the comment section and keep her algorithm up. 💥💥Bravo Justine! You are a smart woman.
Who is hating? Ppl are giving their opinions which they can. The minute you post a video anywhere with a comment section you must know ppl are going to write their opinions whether good or bad. Its what influencers signed up for. If they are too thin skinned than don’t post anything!!
You obviously have not been cooking very long because pasta Cooks just fine in sauce, I've been doing it for over 45 years, never has it not been done.
Actually it does cook. I have made lasagna without cooking the noodles for at least 20 years. The secret is once you have the lasagna all assembled seal it up tightly with foil. 2 hrs at 325 and it’s cooked perfectly every time.
Yes we could see but when you say that you'll get all the comments thinking we're hating on her we are just saying we could see the noodles are not cooked simple
Noodles do not look cooked should have boiled for a bit to blah no meat or spices to much cheese doctoring big time take your time in cooking until food is cooked and we'll done.
Bakes Ziti is a dish that does not have to co tain meat. She didn't need spices because she used premade sauce and that is ready flavored. My understanding, however, is that for Baked Ziti you mix the ricotta in with the sauce and it turns pink. Then all the cheesw would go on top. The pasta should be cooked very al dente beforehand.

Im making this tonight! Love your recipes !!! Thank you ! ❤🎉
That Bread is going to be yummy!!!
Looks really good, I'm going to add meatballs.
Ohhh. Great idea. Thank you, I'm going to try it that way too.
The only extra thing i would do is after the 45 minutes, add shredded mozz on top and cooke uncovered until golden.
This looks so delicious and easy to make-can’t wait to try it! Thanks Justine ❤
Wow! Yummy & so fast & easy & few dishes! Winner Winner Winner!
Looks great! I’ll have to make this soon
Yummy happy mother's day blessings 🙌
Absolutely delicious looking!!! A must make!!! I like it just how you made it!!😋
Look very tasty! Thank you🎉
Looks great! I’m going to try this.
You can cook pasta in sauce and it will cook just fine.😊
Looks good. Hope the noodles are cooked through. Lol 😊👍🍛
Probably aren't 😂😂
They look hard
Well then, you may want to pre cook your noodles for a short time. That was easy wasn’t it?
That bread 🍞 looks good too

I call that a great Italian dinner" great job Justine!!!!👍👍
Call it whatever you want but don't you dare call this italian please
Looks good
Make me a bowl like yours right now please ! ( just add a little more pasta, thanks , 😊) Looks so yummy.
Could I use Alfredo sauce instead of red sauce?
Yes, you absolutely could. I would probably add a little milk or cream as well, since alfredo is so thick though.

Justine, you have used the right ingredients but...the pasta was cook in the water...boiled. After that you can prepare as you did...please.
The Pasta 🍝 is not done 🥴you see her with the fork too firm, then she tries to eat the pasta then the video clip skips 🥴
I bet she spit it out

No seasoning?
@user-Kw9y, remember she said one can make any adjustments to her recipes.
What?! No Locatelli Romano!😂
Pasta will not be done without water
Add some ricotta .

How much simpler could it get? Just boil water add salt and noodles? 😂 she practically made a meatless lasagne in a few easy steps!
I can't stand marinara in a jar. It has a strong taste and no flavor. I like to make mine from scratch with lots of onions, garlic and bell peppers.
😮😮😮 No words. SMH!

Looks like that's just a bubble/air pocket in the bread. I've bought some loaves of bread that have had that before. Nothing she herself has done. :)

Выглядит как корм для свиней
Where's the broth or chicken stock to help cook the pasta?
Easier to just boil water and sauce n cheese
Serve cheese on the side boil n mix at the end quick er
There is no way that pasta is cooked. Hot sauce does not cook pasta. Pasta needs to be cooked in boiling water.
Actually it does cook. I have made lasagna without cooking the noodles for at least 20 years. The secret is once you have the lasagna all assembled seal it up tightly with foil. 2 hrs at 325 and it’s cooked perfectly every time.
There’s plenty of water in those ingredients to cook the pasta.
And rinsing out the jars, with water helps to to mix in it! Then cover and go! 👍😊
Yes, does cook the pasta. I've made similar dishes. I use one jar of pasta sauce and a jar of water. Cook at 400° for an hour.
You're wrong. This actually works. I've been doing it for years.
I like how she calls every product My
Why not preparing freshly cooked meals?
Before your recipe, consult a nutritionist, please😢
No wonder why you are thin, that was not enough for me. I would skip bread add spinach and fresh mushrooms.
Please, don't use the word "Italian" in this video......
If only she had used fresh Parmesan cheese!!
omg the noodles dont look cooked at all! 😂😂😂
Yes we could see but when you say that you'll get all the comments thinking we're hating on her we are just saying we could see the noodles are not cooked simple
Need ricotta and water
Make your own, she's making hers.
She did put ricotta in....said she had to get a different brand....watch again.
It’s not enough cheese you should put a lot more mozzarella on there
Cook your pasta
А зачем ещё хлеб к макаронам?
В средиземноморских странах это в порядке вещей. Другой пример это пицца с чесночным хлебом 😊
That pasta was still hard. It was obvious you cut the camera once you put it in your mouth; you were probably chewing that pasta for 30 seconds.
Oddio!! Per favore!!..…😄😄

Who cares what kind of dishes she serves it on, for Pete's sake?!
Eating undercooked pasta is not good at all.....
dont think yall can do that everyday and be lazy.
Vegetarian? The only vegetable was in the tomato sauce! Maybe next time add onion, spinach, peppers? Just saying..
Why the uncooked noodles? yuck...My Sicilan genes Are Not having this at all...
