      @@rslwannabe9475 something like this helps. I would say take a few days of stretching and dynamic workouts before moving to the weights as these usually Target the hips, knees, shoulder and elbow which reduces risk of injury a good bit. Also get a good trainer focus on your form and muscle control early before increasing your weight to much save you the trouble later.

      I have done this everytime before the workout and the stretching cool down after (not everytime hahaha) for a few years, it helped me a lot to avoid injuries and improve flexibility.

      i always use this as my warm up before weight training. if i did get a pain it
      s because of bad form, but i'm never sore the next day, and i train Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

    my dad showed me this warmup video years ago when you first published it, telling me how you changed his warmup routine to always include dynamic full body activity. I still watch this to date in 2023 and appreciate how straight to the point your guidance is! Life changing 🙏🏽

    This is definitely the best quick warm-up I’ve seen! You were the perfect level of enthusiastic; not irritatingly peppy, but not boring to listen to either. I’m gonna go find more of your workouts!

    This is still THE best warm up dynamic stretching workout video so far--- after trying ballet warm up/ hiphop warm up, running warm up etc etc. Some are too advanced like starting with a middle split as the very 1st step, some are too basic and not enough activation. This one is still the top notch video we always follow!

    been lifting weights for 3 years now and this has been my go-to pre-workout warm up ever since. I can REALLY see a difference the few times where I havent warmed up both my performance and soreness were impacted by alot. This is by far the best and most simple warm-up you can find.

    This is genuinely the greatest warm up for any workout! I do this before most workouts and it leaves me feeling energised, body loosened up and helps me do my workouts better than when I don't do it! Forever a favourite!

    Best warm up ever, since I started doing this warm up before my lifting I have not had any injuries of any form. I do compound lifts 3 times a week and always do this warm up before all of them.

    This is much better than the warmup I’ve been doing. Jumping jacks, mountain climbers, flutter kicks and pushups along with dynamic stretches for 5 minutes.

    I am a 47 yr old man who has built fence for the last 30 yrs. I do this warm up every morning to loosen up my body not only for the workouts I do afterwards, but also for building fence all day. I love this warm up!

    Not only do i use this before all my workouts, i give it to other people to use. With this, i stopped getting injured lol, and the soreness after is mostly gone.

      You wanna break a light sweat before your working sets tho. So if you want to slow them down, do maybe 5 min light cardio before this.

    I love using your workout videos!!! they actually make me want to quit cause of the pain but it just proves that it's Woking but I just wanted to ask if this works for ectomorphic people? because I don't want me or some people out there like me that doesn't waste their time on the workouts you do, that doesn't effect change on us :/

    Man once upon a time I did this routine easy peasy no stopping no pausing in between but the struggle is real since I haven't be able to do my workouts since life kinda intervened so I'm out of shape😭😭😭😭I mean still I do lots of walking to keep the blood pumping and eat relatively clean...but walking ain't got nuttin' on this sh*t. This like a full a$$ workout. Still made it till the end and dude your routine definitely works up a sweat. This is like the best pre work out routine for me cause you know how to keep people motivated while exercising. YOU'RE AWESOME☺☺☺

    Ever since I started doing your warm-ups and cool-downs, my post-workout soreness has been totally minimal! Before, my fitness journey would always be cut short by soreness that lasted days. Turns out I was warming and cooling down completely wrong! Thanks for the videos!

    This is a very good warm up, for people just starting out I would also suggest doing around five minutes speed walking with full incline on the treadmill before doing this routine to get some blood flowing and the heart rate up so you can more easily keep pace with him. Also never compromise your form on these stretches trying to go faster, do what works for you! And good luck on your fitness journeys!

    Thank you so much for this. I've recently been inactive to where I was having dull hip and rotary cuff pain on my left side. After doing these warm ups I had INSTANT relief upon completion from loosening up. Pain gone. Now I can start really working out.

    I’ve been doing this warm up for a couple months now, every now n then I do it twice always faster and more comfortably. Good before my stair master/treadmill work out followed by dumbbells
