Thank you so much Bhaiya, I am just 19 years old Mujhe frozen shoulder aur cervical spondylitis tha, me bahut pareshan pure pichhle ek mahine tak, me sirf 3 ghante ki problem neend hi le pata tha, Par kal sham mene yeh exercises kari seriously mera dard exercise karne ke 20 minutes baad bahut kam ho gaya aur mujhe neend bhi bahut achhi aayi pure 6+ hours, Ab me yeh exercises din me 2 baar karunga, aur guys, koi mujhse sawal ho to puchh shakte ho I will answer you definitely, aur me khud 1 hafte baad update kar dunga❤️👍 Update: Day 3: Almost no pain, sleeping 6+ hours nicely 😊 Day 5: Same almost no pain, during day and night, good sleeping and hand movement bhi 65-70% better ho gaya hai, Day 7: Almost negligible pain, now i can sleep in AC room 😊 Now i can use my hand upto 60-70% its a great achievement for me, ❤ And along with this i was feeling many more wierd things around my chest, shoulder and back, they all are improving very much Day 10: Lag bhag puri tarah se thik ho chuka hu, ab me bhag aur kud bhi shakta hu, pain to pura khatam ho gaya hai aur baki hand movement 95% tak hone laga hai aur bas ab apne hand ho majboot karna hai taki me pushups pullups aur weight lifting kar saku, this was my last edit ab me apni normal activities karunga, thank you so much bhaiya itni fast aur rapid recovery ke liye
