    With the help of these exercises, you will only strengthen the muscles, but your muscles will be hidden under the fat. In order to show off your abs, you need to combine exercise with a calorie deficit. It's the only way.

      Like with all excercises:-)
      But the point is that once you start, you narurally stop eating like pigs. At least I have never seen anyone to start body building and continue over eating bs 😉.

      Thanks for the advice! I understand that in addition to exercise, I will need to maintain a calorie deficit to see the results of my workout. I will definitely take this into account when I'm creating my workout plan.

    How much time should be taken to rest between exercises?

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  หลายเดือนก่อน

      The amount of time to rest between exercises varies depending on the type of exercise and your fitness level. Generally, a rest period of 30 seconds to 2 minutes is recommended. However, it's important to listen to your body and adjust the rest time as needed. It's also important to warm up properly before exercising and to cool down and stretch afterwards. Remember to stay hydrated and take breaks when necessary. Ultimately, it's important to find a balance that works for you and helps you achieve your fitness goals.

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello there! Welcome to the world of exercise! It is generally safe to do several routines from different videos in a single workout, as long as you listen to your body and don't overdo it. Make sure to take breaks in between each routine and start slowly with lighter weights and lower intensity exercises to get used to the different movements. Hope this helps!

    Is there a situation where these exercises will also improve my breathing difficulties?

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes! Certain exercises can help improve your breathing difficulties. For example, deep breathing exercises and postural exercises can help strengthen your respiratory muscles and improve your breathing. Additionally, aerobic exercises can help increase your lung capacity and improve your breathing. Talk to your doctor or physical therapist to find out what exercises might work best for your specific breathing difficulties.

    Great video!
    One comment though, I would not recommend back bending in power excercises for general public. Less fit ppl may hurt their lower back unless lower back muscles already strong enough. I would leave those positions for follow up stretching, stuff like Mackenzie etc.
    Btw, you may want to add to your vids that it is absolutely important to properly warm up before power excercises and to strech after.
    Once again, great video!

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for the feedback! You make a great point about back bending in power exercises not being suitable for less fit people. We will definitely keep this in mind and make sure to highlight the importance of having strong lower back muscles before attempting back bending in power exercises. We will also make sure to recommend follow up stretching, such as Mackenzie, for those who are not as fit.

    How many days a week do you recommend doing this routine?

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  ปีที่แล้ว

      It depends on your fitness goals and how much time you have available. For general fitness or weight loss, I would recommend doing the routine at least 3-4 days per week, with at least one day of rest in between each session. If you're looking for more targeted results, such as increasing strength or endurance, then you should look to do the routine 5-6 days per week.

    Can abs be well built if you not eating healthy but you reduce eating fatty foods?

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, it is possible to build strong abs without eating healthy, but it will be much more difficult to do so. Eating a healthy diet that is low in fat and high in lean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates is the best way to build strong abs. Eating fatty foods will make it harder to build strong abs because it can lead to an increase in body fat, which can cover up the muscles and make them appear weaker.

      I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with diastasis recti. It's important to take extra care when exercising if you have this condition, as certain exercises can make it worse. Fortunately, there are still many exercises that you can do that are safe for diastasis recti. If you're unsure which exercises are safe, I recommend consulting a physical therapist or doctor for advice.

      Yes, there are plenty of good substitutes for sit ups that can help relieve back pain. Some great alternatives are plank holds, leg lifts, reverse crunches, and mountain climbers. All of these exercises can help strengthen the core and abdominal muscles without putting too much strain on the back.

      It depends on several factors, such as your current fitness level, your commitment to the program, and the intensity of your training. Generally, it can take anywhere from one to six months to develop a defined 6-pack, but it can take longer or shorter depending on these factors.
