    How many sets or rounds should one do??

      The number of sets or rounds you should do depends on your goals and experience level. If you are a beginner, I would recommend starting with 3 sets of 10 reps and increasing the number of sets and reps as you become more experienced. It's important to listen to your body and take breaks when needed.

    Only drawback to this-- is that if you DO this workout RIGHT- you will NOT lose weight-- because you build muscle- and muscle WEIGHS MORE-- but you WILL lose INCHES, and "shift" the weight around as it turns to muscle!!! GREAT workout though..

      Thanks for the insight! I hadn't thought of that, but it makes sense. I'm looking for something that will help me to lose inches so this workout is perfect. I'm looking forward to seeing the results!
