I don't think lag is really a bad thing, it reminds you that you're driving a turbo'd car. That's what I hate about the stock turbo, it's so small and spools so fast it feels N/A. There's always anti-lag as well.
yea and no. with k turbo even if its huge the lag wouldn't exist because of how good the flow is
