I don't know what version you are on, but I live in Florida, and it works fine for me in all those conditions (except snow, obviously, since it doesn't snow here).

Be careful; vision only has itsdrawbacks. I've been playing around with it on empty lots, and sometimes it has trouble keeping the signal at 85 feet. I've also had issues with Summon taking a long time to connect. Maybe it's my phone, but I don't think so. It always has to back up, because there's a 3 to 5 foot blind spot in the front of the car. Max range right now I believe is only 200-250 feet. It's a cool party trick, and then there's that insurance thing to worry about. Good luck. Thankfully the car will stop in it's tracks if it loses connection or has a weak connection. I have a 24 Y LR BTW

This technology looks very impressive. However I am 77 yeas of age and have learnt to sit back and watch many a great ideas make life more difficult than before. The modern motorist doesn't just want a car today but rather a toy. Speed for example. They sell us fast cars but then tell us we can't drive them fast. And we pay more for speed and appearance of it on our cars and their design. And when they are really fast, they are about as usefull as buying a speed boat for a swimming pool, except to show off and impress.

Tried this on my model S. It works great, but the range sucks. It literally should be double the range. I was stuck leaving work in a downpour and i could see my car but had to walk 100 yards closer to summon it. Useless still at this point, faster to just walk to your car.
