Thank you Driver. Appreciate the video however my only problem is hooking to the rub rail. I was trained in flat bed 28 years ago and DOT regulations changed about securement. The rub rail is not meant for securement. Hooking behind and under the rail to the structure of the trailer. Either the lip or the chassis.

@@Facustoms Rub rails are normally designed to protect tiedowns, not support them. In fact, most rub rails are not rated by the manufacturer for cargo securement purposes. Even though it’s not prohibited 🚫 in U.S. DOT is fighting against it.
