Been eating chili for the past 2.5 years and I can say this video is partially true. It did not give me a much healthier relationship with food by any means. In fact I might be starting to resent chili a bit. But it is cheap, timesaving, nutritious and delicious, and I will therefore not stop. Instead I’m going to continue changing my recipe incrementally.
Eating the same things everyday is a total nonsense biologicaly. Seasons impact the way you should eat with what grows at the moment and what's available. Also, measuring micro nutrients intake and macros per day is another nonsense. Every day is different and your intake has to match your activity as well as on a longer period than just a daily average. To summ up, get outside, get some exercise and some sulight, but most importantly, start to understand how nature works and what should really be available around you.
You’re absolutely right - outdoor sunlight & exercise are absolutely key. I think this is an important point, I just propose the idea that if someone has a difficult time with nutrients, just aim to get them all in with the same meal (like the burrito bowl) and then the rest is their choice. I think there is more of a problem with stress around food, a lack of time to cook, and poor nutrition rather than focusing on being perfectly optimized biologically. Thanks for the comment.
Wow! The production quality on this is incredible for being a first video. Held my attention the entire way through. Keep it up!

Very well done
Thank you! Cheers!
The argument for dietary variety is that different foods encourage growth of different gut bacteria, and the wonder range of gut bacteria the better
