I have tried everything I can find and read about online. I dealt with tech for over an hour but they hung up by accident I guess. Does anyone know what I should do?
I have the same problem in 2 machines that we bought 2 years ago. I just got my hands on sticker printing. One of the machines was never even used till today... I tried literally everything to get it to work like changing paper, formats, troubles shooting, turning lights off completely... EVERYTHING. My last step was to call the support, we did some steps again, nothing changed. But they can't replace it cause the warranty is out... it sucks and I will try calling them again cause this isn't right... i searched the internet and it seems like a common issues

I'm trying to calibrate mine right now and my light stays on the entire time but it will still have a pop up message saying detection failed
