    THANK YOU SO MUCH you don’t understand I was so stressed out thinking it was just completely broken because NOTHING Cricut was telling me to do was working but this helped so much. Thank you again !!!!!

    Thank you - in 2023 - it worked!! The carriage wouldn’t move and the blade would only cut in spot- soo frustrating. I still had 5 more shirts to make. So glad I found your video !

    We called them nothing helped watched a million TH-cam videos and found yours! Ours wasn’t updating and it was brand new!! BUT THIS WORKED! 11-27-2021

    THANK YOU!!! You are a lifesaver!!! Like all the other comments below, I called Cricut support three times and they couldn't help me resolve the issue and I thought I broke my Maker and had to go buy a new one, which I couldn't afford.

    Have you had any problems withbcartridge B stuck all the way down? It doesnt want to adjust pressure AT ALL i just bought this thing.

    It’s failing connection on the second connecting process 😢 errors appears then disconnected

      I have that same issue with my maker 3. I don't know if I'm not doing his method correctly, but it did not work for me

      I was having the same issue. Carriage stuck on the right side and power flashed red. Talked to support, did all the troubleshooting and they told me the unit was broken and out of warranty (less than 2 years old). This video got it working! Thank you!

    Not sure if this will work but imma try it as soon as I get home! In middle of creating stuff for my brother and two niece's memorial my machine wanted to start clicking from Port A and not reading my blades. Fingers crossed 🤞🙏

    I HATE this new Maker 3. I literally have been able to use it 1 time. I have had it for about 5 or 6 months now. It will not stay connected to the blutooth, it will not do the firmware update with the usb cord or blutooth. I have never been more disappointed in a crafting item.......

    J'ai essayé aujourd'hui (13 février 2023) avec ma cricut maker mais ça n'a pas fonctionné . J'y ai cru puis au final toujours le même message qui s'affiche "Machine désactivée. Cette machine n'est pas en état de marche. Si vous pensez avoir reçu ce message par erreur, contactez l'Assistance aux Membres." :( :(

    Thanks for sharing this. I tried it but every time I get to the “load the mat” part, then hit the “Go” button, the power button flashes red and “machine communication error” message pops up. Haven’t been able to make a single cut at all and it’s a brand new machine... So far, it’s been a huge and expensive disappointment.

      I am having the same issue. Hadn't had the machine 5 months and it won't respond. I am terrible disappointed with my purchase. Did anyone have luck with emailing?

      @@we3rhz I recommend calling Member Support; they were very helpful, but my machine ended up needing to be replaced, which they did when all trouble shooting failed. My machine was under warranty so I was relieved I didn’t wait to call when I experienced a problem (the above issue) I couldn’t resolve on my own.

      I’m having trouble with this. Even when it’s on the right setting it kept telling me custom warning. Did you get yours fix?? If so can you walk me through the process??

    I've tried this, since my mat was loaded and all that happened when I hit create was ejection of mat. Evidently I can't update from my phone now the red light and white light won't go off! 😑

    My machine gives me an error message saying “This machine is not in working order”.
    I tried this and it took me through all the steps exactly in your video but I’m still getting the error message.
    It’s funny that when you type in those keywords on the cricut help center, nothing shows up.
    Nothing gets on my nerves more than incompetence and Cricut is the poster child for it. What a crappy, stressful & time consuming experience. For a machine that is that expensive you’d expect different results.
    DO BETTER CRICUT. What a bleeping waste of time, money & other resources. I want my money back.

      اواجه نفس المشكله لقد حصلت على الجهاز في يناير 2021 المضحك انه تم استعماله فقط9 شهور ولم يعد يعمل و يتصل بالاجهزه لإكمال المشاريع على usb او بلوتوث لقد استنزفت ماديا و توقف مصدر رزقي

      Didn't work for me either and had just bought it. Cricut ended up sending me a brand new machine. Guess it was a fatal error. 🤦
