Good morning and welcome to my channel. I'm going to take you through this simple 10 minute morning yoga sequence to ease you into your day. This is a gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels, great for beginners and no props are needed.
All of the poses will be done seated to make it accessible for all. You could even do these poses on your bed if you'd like before beginning your day! I'll take you through poses like seated twist and side bend, seated pigeon pose and butterfly fold. Doing a little bit of yoga in the morning is a wonderful way to get some energy and to wake up slowly. This is an opportunity to connect with our breath and begin the day with mindful movement and intention.

I have chronic pelvic pain. My physiotherapist asked me to add 10min yoga after my regular training, and showed me one of your vids as example. I'm not healed, but I swear it hurts a bit less, and people with chronic pain knows how much that means for your everyday. From the bottom of my heart, thank you ❤

About 5 months ago, I hurt my back and have been going through phases of rest and recovery, activity and stillness. My yoga routine has been limited & it’s been probably over a month since I attempted a youtube yoga session- this class was EXACTLY what I needed. As I was waking up and feeling a cold starting to come, I decided to go for gentle yoga instead of going for a work out at the gym. Stumbled upon this video. A gentle beginner session like thinks is exactly right for intermediate or advanced yogis that need a gentle break, like me ;) I loved all of it, I love your calming voice and clear instructions.

I like how your yoga is very easy to follow. Especially for beginners or don’t have flow. Your instructions are very clear I could probably have my eyes shut the entire time. It’s like you also know when our hips won’t be aligned or if our shoulders are not relaxed or pulled back 😅 and you would remind us
