      it's so important to stretch it is a very important part of a workout as far as I'm concerned, the flexibility we gain from it will benefit us when we are older I'm a former dancer but I still continue to stretch even if my dancing days are over, I now teach students and pass on my years of experience to people who want to improve that area of their fitness, I have quite a few tutorials on my YT channel for all levels from

    Guys i followed psyche truth's front splits tutorials for about 2 weeks and i did it everyday during summer break when i had a lot of time and I got my splits now! I can do both legs! Now im joining gymnastics in september and i cant wait! I do this stretch in the morning and at night and so some strenght workouts during the day

    this video helped me a lot, but the only suggestion I would make is to slow down a bit, cause before I could get into one position, she was already moving to the next.

      Nah, that's not an issue because you can pause the video. You can spend however long you want on each section of the video.

    I couldn't put my head on my knees the first time, and then the last part of the video i could do it !!!! I was like what kind of sorcery is this, because i can clearly remember it hurt as fuck like 3 mins ago :O

    I had never thought of doing a stretch circuit, how you show it, and it's SO much more fun than just holding a random stretch for a minute at a time! I really enjoy your routine. I was once flexible and let that aspect of my life go to the way-side, and this seems to really be helping me tune back into my tight muscles and retrain for flexibility. Very engaging and simple, which encourages me to keep it up. Thanks very much!

      if you want to do a backbend stretch your back and abdomen regularly get close to a wall and use your hands to walk your self backwards onto the floor and you will be able to do a backbend.

      I did my stretches yesterday and they were good, I wasn't sore today so I did my stretches again. I feel pretty flexible. yesterday I took a video of me trying my splits and it looks pretty close! like 4-5 inches away, so I'm getting there :)

    This video and the other one on side splits are the best. I was already pretty close and this is super helpful helping me get even closer. I don't have any of my splits as of now, but I'm certainly lower in one of them (my left, which is ironic since my right is my dominant side) at almost ground level. Thanks again!

    I've done this video atleast 8-10 times, I'm getting closer and closer everyday, but my problem is I cant seem to get my legs further apart I feel like i'm always in the same position

      So i dont know if this is helpful but its worth a shot. In cheer-leading we worked in partners. So you would stretch your legs as far as they could go and then your partner would come in between your legs and put their feet on your thighs and or legs and pull you forward and you would just stay in that position however long you needed to.

    And BTW before you stretch you need to warm up cuz i could barely walk when I was stretching got cold muscles so be Careful!!

      aaliyah brown Stretching is usually considered a pre-workout warmup. If you could barely walk you probably pushed yourself too far.

    I used to watch this almost every other day a couple months ago and i just started again and im still super close to the middle splits

    I start to do this exercise to get flexibility for my MMA training and i found it's helping me alot. I did half split after 3 weeks and now still doing it for full split goal. Thanks
