    After doing this stretches for about one to two weeks, I managed to do a scorpion! Once. And never after as I stopped stretching. So continue stretching and don't give up everyone! You'll get it some day!

      I did this 3 hrs ago and I still can't pop my back bones as to how I used to.. Too much stretch T-T

    ive been doing this everyday for nearly 4 weeks now and i must admit:
    my back pain is gone
    ive become way more flexible
    i noticed progress after 3 days (at first i couldnt even do a backbend)

    I am doing this and the 12 mins splits to help my martial arts training. Really good stretches and very clear and good quality sound, lighting and photography. Loving it.

    am I the only one who talked to her when she's like: "what's your worse subject." so I like went on and on about how I hate math😂 then she's like " have you ever had piles and piles of tests" so I started telling her this story of one day😂 it distracts you from what's going on so well!!!
    p.s. am I the only one whose hands and wrists are killing them durning this!?!?!?😂

      Little question: Is this kind of flexibility usefull in real life? (i mean if you don't work in a circus or as a cheerleader)

      Having some amount of flexibility will improve coordination, reduce the risk of injury and prevent joint and back pain. Generally when people go to see a chiropractor it's because they have lost flexibility between bones for example. Obviously a normal person doesn't need to be able to do a back bend, the splits or a scorpion but being somewhat flexible is good for everyone.

      Yoga isn't just for dance, people use it for a number of different reasons. To improve overall health, flexibility, or peace of mind. I personally use this for meditation, relaxation, a way to greet the morning, and fitness.

      Yes, a man and woman's joints and muscles work basically the same. Exercise and stretching is good for everyone.

    I love your videos! I am only 12 and was diagnosed with juvenile rhumatoid arthiritis when I was 10. Your stretches really help me relax and not feel as stressed. Also I am working towards my splits and am almost there!

    Loving this workout! This is the second time I did this one, while doing the other videos from the playlist for the last few weeks regularly, and I managed to get a full back bend. I can't believe it. I was able to do it as a child but I didn't expect to get back into it this fast. Thanks for this video, really great!

    I just did this once and I can definitely tell the difference. Imma do this at morning and night for 2 days so 4 times in total then I'll get back to you with the results.

    Thank you for your hard work and tutorials Donnie! I just discovered your flexibility videos this week and they are a great companion to yoga, Pilates, and barre. I am looking to get back into dance-flexibility post-college and your videos are a great program, and workout too! All of the stretches make sense and balance on another, and you have great delivery. Keep the videos coming! :)
    P.S. My least favorite classes in undergrad were accounting, YAWN! Grad school, anything that involved reading more than 2 journal articles a day. Ick!

    One thing not many trainers say but helps A LOT is to where to look. When you're doing the bridge if you keep your eyes on the ceiling it just won't work. Aim to look at the floor behind you, from above your forehead, it'll guide your whole body!
