i guess im asking the wrong place but does anybody know a tool to get back into an instagram account..? I was stupid forgot my account password. I love any tricks you can offer me!
@Joseph Kendall I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff now. Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
I love that you actually talk about maintaining weight. There is so much about losing but not enough in maintenance. I also love your books, they are very informative and very easy to customize for each individual. Thank you!
Just bought Phoenix. Just started strength training and jeeeeeeezuz I have HORRIBLY INTENSE cravings for refined carbs and sugars.... not like a slight craving but like beastly 👹 cravings. I’m normal BMI but 40% body fat. ( skinny fat with all weight from tummy to thighs). Took 3 weeks to lose 5lbs and 1 week to regain it. Hoping that Phoenix works.🙏🏼
My set point tends to be 80-85kg at 5.9 Whenever I try to lean down I can’t seem to get past 70 kg. Once I tried to get to 69 kg and was so hungry I binged
And guess who is back.....although I don't miss your voice due to your book, 6hrs of hearing your voice makes me fitness guru lol 😂 hahaha as always Legion FTW!!
Ok I know this was put out there two years ago but, I have lost 50lbs in two and a half months on keto. I'm 53 and I have spent at least 5-7 years at the 205-220 range at 5'8" I'm down around 170 now and I have a larger frame. If I start weight training and continue keto type diet with moderate starchy carbs can I get back up to a 200 lb set point but instead of fat it would be leaner muscle mass? Thank you!
Hey there! You can gain 30 lbs of muscle if you're new to lifting but it will probably take a couple of years. Check this out: legionathletics.com/bulking-up/
Hey Mike, my body weight set point was once very low at about 160 - 170 at 5'7, but thanks to being on certain anti-depressants I've gained weight - to about 220 over a few years. Every time I took an SSRI I would gain about 10 pounds or so. Not currently on those anymore, but how can I lose the extra weight that seems to have come only when I took the medicine?
Dude, i just stopped when you said that high carb is the good way. Maybe for a person with no hormonal or metabolic problems will work, however you have to take in consideration people that suffer from diabetes 2 or insulin resistance.
A high fat diet leads to a high set point? Carbs are more satiating than fats... seriously? Instincts lead to overeating? Sorry, these are a couple of the many conclusions you make that are not supported by real life experience and applied research. Your logic paths make little sense, unless your objective is to debunk keto diets and promote vega vegan diets. Example: for someone who is overweight and very carb sensitive, a high fat diet will help to keep blood sugar and insulin low so that fat cells can release their fats for body fuel. And establishing a new set point is simply a matter of staying at the desired weight for some 6 months, i.e. long enough for the body to fully adjust to the new level. Our instinct is not to vereat, but to eat to satiation. We overeat when we do not feel satiated, and that is more a matter of food quality than food quantity.

I really just want to eat cake once a week. Please tell me that's ok
fantasynerd89 I say it’s ok but I’m not a nutritionist! 😂
That's absolutely Okay
I was hoping to hear more scientific evidence on some of your statements.

Not true. I have pcos and lost 20 lbs on a high carb low fat diet. And I'm able to eat more and stay the same weight
Just do fasting or keto to reverse your diabetes type 2 and insulin resistance and then you can have your carbs. What's the issue here?
@@dominiqueblagojevic9447 same🤗
