Really liked the easy means of exercise Natasha. The way you say motivates. I have started now, for back fat and earlier it was too hard for me to lift hands even for Sec but now I can do it for 1 and a half min. Thankyou. How about the diet plans you have mentioned, how to do that?
Thank u so much mam . I started exercise after watching this video particularly and I reduced my weight by these exercises only and 2or 3 exercise by watching other videos of u. I reduced 5-6 kgs in 5 days itself by doing these exercises morning, afternoon, night and by healthy diet. I'm 60 kgs before, now 55 kgs.Once again thank you so much mam
