Hi Natasha mohan I’m from Texas I’m 58 , have hashing thyroid, I want to say thank you I do your workout every day after work do a standing one , a sitting one and a lay down one. I go slow cause can’t bend to good, but I’m now getting better been doing your workout since last week of June till now. Thank you I’m not giving up.

Hi. I discovered this channel recently. And started this exercise day 2 today. Does it work? I tried this lemon ginger water as I saw somewhere. I tried almost 3 weeks. Not even a single kg I lost which was quite disappointing. So I'm back to exercise and this seems easy and good to do. So I'm trying it

I really enjoy your exercise. One advice I would like to give is, please show in advance the next exercise to to do throughout the workout. You do it sometimes, and stop showing it for several exercises, then you show the next one to do in advance again. It would help with consistency
