My fuzzy brain has cleared for the day, my joints creak a lot less!, and I have more energy to wrangle my kids. Even though the channel title is "Weight Loss", I'm just focusing on getting more active, clearing my mind; losing weight will be a nice side effect. I just feel better after these walks. (Also, I live in the desert with extremely hot summers, so walking outdoors- while the fresh air would be nice- isn't always a good option.) Thank you for these low impact, doable workouts!
Thank you for having this (and a number of others) videos! As I am of a certain age, can this help with a menopausal belly? I’ve tried many videos and nothing has really worked. I have been trying to walk between 2-3 miles daily and not much. Have also tried green tea extract.
15 mins is a little challenging for me used to doing 5 minute walking work outs. My unaligned spine and hips are feeling it. I couldn't do the side hand to foot taps had to do hand to knee taps.

Just with the little exercises she shares are helpful and I put these to good use too: it helps a lot.
