    I am a 68-year-old and have been doing workouts with TH-cam for about two years. You are my favorite. Not only do you do wonderful, challenging workouts, but you give many modifications. I also love how real you are; your genuineness shines through each workout. And...your kiddos are absolutely precious. Thank you for what you do.

    I love all your workouts but this one is saved for when I don't have a lot of time and so I do this one often and love it. Thank you Amy for giving the gift of health, energy, mobility, strength and mental health. love this quick dumbbell HIIT

    I was thrilled to see a new workout I can do on a work break! The getting down and up quickly (arranging towel and weights) was challenging, modified last move, utilized different weights, but I made it work. Thank you so much, Amy!
